- PRESSURELESS SINTERING METHOD OF ALUMINA-SILICON CARBIDE COMPOSITES
The present invention relates to an atmospheric-pressure sintering method of an Al_2O_3-SiC composite. The atmospheric-pressure sintering method of an Al_2O_3-SiC composite according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing slurry by mixing Al_2O_3 powder, SiC powder, and a solvent; solidifying the slurry; molding the solidified slurry and performing a first sintering process to manufacture a first sintered body; impregnating the first sintered body with a sintering aid in a liquid phase; performing a second sintering process to sinter the first sintered body impregnated with the sintering aid at atmospheric pressure.
본 발명은 AlO-SiC 복합체의 상압 소결 방법에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 따르는 AlO-SiC 복합체의 상압 소결 방법은 Al2O3 분말, SiC 분말 및 용매를 혼합하여 슬러리를 준비하는 단계; 상기 슬러리를 고화하는 단계; 상기 고화된 슬러리를 성형하고, 제1 소결하여 제1 소결체를 제조하는 단계; 상기 제1 소결체에 소결조제를 액상에서 함침하는 단계; 및 상기 소결조제가 함침된 제1 소결체를 상압에서 제2 소결하는 단계;를 포함한다.
