Wooden prefabricated panel structure containing insulation
The present invention relates to a wooden prefabricated panel structure containing an insulation material, and more specifically relates to a wooden prefabricated panel structure containing an insulation material which is able to resolve problems of deterioration in insulation performance by improving an insulation property of a wooden panel by being provided in the insulation material. The wooden prefabricated panel structure composing a roof or a wall of a wooden building comprises: a support body installed by a certain distance and depressed and formed with an insertion groove at both sides along the longitudinal direction; a plurality of support panels and formed with a laminating space through the front and back between each of left and right of the support body along the insertion groove with left and right certain distance while being laminated in multiple steps in the vertical direction; a plurality of insulation members including sawdust and exhibiting insulation performance by being laminated in multiple steps in the vertical and horizontal directions in the laminating space of the support panel; and a plurality of finishing panels, laminated and coupled to multiple steps in the vertical direction at each of the front and back sides between the support bodies, including the insulation material and the support panel while being inserted into the insertion groove of the support body, and fixing the insulation member and the support panel.
본 발명은 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단열재가 내부에 구비되어 목재 패널의 단열 성능을 향상시킴으로써 단열 성능 저하로 인한 목조 건물의 단점을 해소할 수 있는 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 목조 건물의 지붕 또는 벽체를 이루는 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 있어서, 일정간격으로 설치되고 길이방향을 따라 양측에 삽입홈이 함몰 형성된 지지체; 복수 개로 구성되고 상기 지지체의 사이사이에서 상기 삽입홈을 따라 좌우 일정간격을 두고 상하 다단으로 적층되어 좌우 각각의 사이사이에 전후로 관통하는 적층공간을 형성하는 지지패널; 복수 개로 구성되고 톱밥이 포함되며 상기 지지패널의 적층공간에 상하 및 좌우 다단으로 적층되어 단열기능을 하는 단열부재; 및 복수 개로 구성되고 상기 지지체의 사이사이 전측과 후측에 각각 상하 다단으로 적층 결합되며 상기 지지패널과 상기 단열부재를 내포하며 양단이 상기 지지체의 삽입홈에 삽입되어 상기 지지패널과 상기 단열부재를 고정하는 마감패널;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체를 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to a wooden prefabricated panel structure containing an insulation material, and more specifically relates to a wooden prefabricated panel structure containing an insulation material which is able to resolve problems of deterioration in insulation performance by improving an insulation property of a wooden panel by being provided in the insulation material. 본 발명은 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단열재가 내부에 구비되어 목재 패널의 단열 성능을 향상시킴으로써 단열 성능 저하로 인한 목조 건물의 단점을 해소할 수 있는 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 목조 건물의 지붕 또는 벽체를 이루는 조립식 목재 패널 구조체에 있어서, 일정간격으로 설치되고 길이방향을 따라 양측에 삽입홈이 함몰 형성된 지지체; 복수 개로 구성되고 상기 지지체의 사이사이에서 상기 삽입홈을 따라 좌우 일정간격을 두고 상하 다단으로 적층되어 좌우 각각의 사이사이에 전후로 관통하는 적층공간을 형성하는 지지패널; 복수 개로 구성되고 톱밥이 포함되며 상기 지지패널의 적층공간에 상하 및 좌우 다단으로 적층되어 단열기능을 하는 단열부재; 및 복수 개로 구성되고 상기 지지체의 사이사이 전측과 후측에 각각 상하 다단으로 적층 결합되며 상기 지지패널과 상기 단열부재를 내포하며 양단이 상기 지지체의 삽입홈에 삽입되어 상기 지지패널과 상기 단열부재를 고정하는 마감패널;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재가 포함된 조립식 목재 패널 구조체를 기술적 요지로 한다.
