Metal truss structure having extensible arbitrary curved shape
The present invention provides a metal truss structure expandable with an arbitrary curved surface, wherein the metal truss structure comprises: a plurality of upper connection fixing bodies (10) arranged in a lattice form by being separated from each other by a predetermined distance; a plurality of lower connection fixing bodies (20) arranged in a lattice form by being separated from each other by a predetermined distance downward between the upper connection fixing bodies (10); a first auxiliary connection body (32) inserted into first elongated holes (12) of upper connection fixing pieces (11) and fixedly coupled thereto; a second auxiliary connection body (36) inserted into second elongated holes (22) of lower connection fixing pieces (21) and fixedly coupled thereto; a first upper horizontal connection member (41) for connecting the upper connection fixing pieces (11) adjacent in the longitudinal direction to each other; a second upper horizontal connection member (42) for connecting the upper connection fixing pieces (11) adjacent in the horizontal direction to each other; a first lower horizontal connection member (43) for connecting the lower connection fixing pieces (21) adjacent in the longitudinal direction to each other; a second lower horizontal connection member (44) for connecting the lower connection fixing pieces (21) adjacent in the horizontal direction to each other; a first inclination connection member (45) having one end part bolt-coupled to second coupling holes (16) of each of the upper connection fixing pieces (11), and having the other end part bolt-coupled to third coupling holes (26) of each of the upper connection fixing pieces (11); and a second inclination connection member (46) having one end part bolt-coupled to the second coupling holes (16) of each of the upper connection fixing pieces (11), and having the other end part bolt-coupled to the third coupling holes (26) of each of the upper connection fixing piece (11).
본 발명은, 상호 간에 일정 거리 떨어져 격자형으로 배치되는 복수 개로 이루어지는 상부연결고정체(10); 상부연결고정체(10) 사이 사이의 하방으로 일정 거리 떨어져 격자형으로 배치되는 복수 개로 이루어지는 하부연결고정체(20); 상부연결고정편(11)의 제1장공(12)에 삽입되어 고정결합되는 제1보조연결체(32), 하부연결고정편(21)의 제2장공(22)에 삽입되어 고정결합되는 제2보조연결체(36); 길이 방향으로 인접하는 상부연결고정편(11) 상호 간을 연결하는 제1상부수평연결재(41), 너비 방향으로 인접하는 상부연결고정편(11) 상호 간을 연결하는 제2상부수평연결재(42); 길이 방향으로 인접하는 하부연결고정편(21) 상호 간을 연결하는 제1하부수평연결재(43), 너비 방향으로 인접하는 하부연결고정편(21) 상호 간을 연결하는 제2하부수평연결재(44); 일단 부위는 각 상부연결고정편(11)의 제2결합공(16)에 볼트결합되고 타단 부위는 각 상부연결고정편(11)의 제3결합공(26)에 볼트결합되는 제1경사연결재(45), 일단 부위는 각 상부연결고정편(11)의 제2결합공(16)에 볼트결합되고 타단 부위는 각 상부연결고정편(11)의 제3결합공(26)에 볼트결합되는 제2경사연결재(46);를 포함하는 임의 곡면으로 확장 가능한 금속 트러스 구조체를 제공한다.
