Modular unit for sandwich panel installation
The present invention relates to a modular unit structure to install a sandwich panel and, more specifically, to a modular unit structure to install a door, capable of cutting and installing upper and lower frame units by an arbitrary size to construct a modular unit through size adjustment, selectively installing a sandwich panel inside and outside a side surface of the upper and lower frame units, so as to ensure an inner space, and improve easiness in assembly and constructability. According to the present invention, the modular unit structure to install a sandwich panel comprises: an upper frame unit having a lower or a pair of support pieces formed inside a square upper steel pipe, having an outer or a pair of downward vertical pieces on a bottom surface, and connecting an upper steel pipe by a pair of support protrusions outside an upper surface in a rectangular shape; a lower frame unit having an outer or a pair of upward vertical pieces on the horizontal upper surface of the upper support piece and connecting a lower shaped steel, which connects the lower support piece corresponding to the upper support piece by a connection piece, in a rectangular shape; a bottom unit having a floor stacked inside the upper surface of the upper support piece of the lower frame unit; a wall unit to fix a sandwich panel inside the upward vertical piece of the lower frame unit and the downward vertical piece of the upper frame unit; an interior material formed to connect the lower locking piece of the lower frame unit to the upper locking piece of the upper frame unit; and a ceiling unit having an interior material, a square pipe, the sandwich panel, and an exterior material, which are formed on the upper side of the support piece of the upper frame unit from a lower side.
본 발명은 샌드위치패널설치용 모듈러 유닛구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상,하부프레임부를 임의 크기로 절단하여 설치함으로써 모듈러 유닛의 크기를 조절하여 시공할 수 있고 샌드위치패널을 상,하부프레임부 측면 내외측에 선택적으로 설치하여 내부의 공간을 확보할 수 있음은 물론 조립의 용이성과 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 도어설치용 모듈러 유닛구조에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 사각형상의 상부강관의 내측에는 하측 또는 한 쌍으로 받침편을 형성하고 저면에는 외측 또는 한 쌍으로 하향직립편을 형성하며 상측면 외측으로는 한 쌍의 지지돌기를 돌출 형성한 상부강관을 사각으로 연결하는 상부프레임부와, 수평상의 상부지지편의 상면 외측 또는 한 쌍으로 상향직립편을 형성하고 상기 상부지지편에 대응되는 하부지지편을 연결편으로 연결하는 하부형강을 사각으로 연결하는 하부프레임부와, 상기 하부프레임부의 상부지지편 상면 내측으로 플로어를 적층시 킨 바닥부와, 상기 하부프레임부 상향직립편 내측과 상부프레임부의 하향직립편 내측에는 샌드위치패널을 고정하는 벽부와, 상기 상부프레임부의 받침편 상측에는 하측으로 부터 내장재와, 각관과 샌드위치패널과 외장재로 형성되는 천정부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a modular unit structure to install a sandwich panel and, more specifically, to a modular unit structure to install a door, capable of cutting and installing upper and lower frame units by an arbitrary size to construct a modular unit through size adjustment, selectively installing a sandwich panel inside and outside a side surface of the upper and lower frame units, so as to ensure an inner space, and improve easiness in assembly and constructability.
