PROP HEAD GUIDE
The present invention relates to a separable prop head guide, which is installed on the lower part of a prop head and a sliding bar among supporters after a roof is constructed to be descended with the sliding bar when a slab panel and beam are descended, so as to safely descend the slab panel and beam, and be conveniently separated from the sliding bar after construction. According to the present invention, the separable prop head guide (6000) is disposed on the lower part of a prop head and the outside of a supporter (7000) to be descended along the supporter when a slab panel and beam are descended, and comprises: a fixing piece (6100) inserted into the lower part of both side beams (3000) coupled to both sides of a prop head (5000) to fix the beam together with a fixing piece (5500); a supporting piece (6300) formed on the lower part of the fixing piece (6100) to be closely attached to the lower part of the prop head so as to support the prop head; a slider (6500) disposed on the lower part of the fixing piece and having a coupling hole (6510) coupled to the outer circumference of a sliding bar (7300) among supporters through a coupling member (7310); and a coupling piece (6700) formed on both ends of the slider to integrally couple a separately formed separable prop head guide (6000) with a bolt and the like while being in contact with each other.
본 발명은 지붕을 시공한 후 프롭 헤드 하부 및 서포터 중 슬라이딩바의 외측에 구비되어 슬라브패널 및 빔을 하강시킬 때 슬라이딩바와 같이 하강하여 보다 안정적으로 슬라브패널 및 빔을 하강시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 시공 후 슬라이딩바에서 간편하게 분리할 수 있도록 한 분리형 프롭 헤드 가이드에 관한 것으로, 분리형 프롭 헤드 가이드(6000)는 프롭 헤드 하부 및 서포터(7000)의 외측에 구비되어 슬라브패널 및 빔을 하강시킬 때 서포터를 따라 하강하는 것으로, 프롭헤드(5000) 양측에 체결되는 양측의 빔(3000) 하부 내측에 삽입되어 고정편(5500)과 같이 빔을 고정하는 고정편(6100)과; 고정편(6100)의 하부에 형성되어 프롭 헤드의 하부에 밀착되어 프롭 헤드를 지지하는 지지편(6300)과; 지지편의 하부에 구비되며, 서포터 중 슬라이딩바(7300)의 외주에 체결부재(7310)를 통하여 체결되도록 체결공(6510)이 형성된 슬라이더(6500)와; 슬라이더의 양단에 형성되어 분리형성된 분리형 프롭 헤드 가이드(6000)를 맞댄 상태에서 볼트 등으로 일체로 체결할 수 있도록 하는 체결편(6700)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 한다.
