CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STRUCTURE USING FIBER PANNEL
The present invention relates to a fiber panel structure member and a construction method of a building structure using the same, wherein the fiber panel structure member secures sufficient strength while lightening a concrete structure by using a fiber panel which is a release material and concrete. The construction method comprises the steps of: (X1) installing a fixing rod on an installation construction surface; (X2) standing, connecting, and installing, on a fixing stand, fiber panels for attaching mortar in a pair for a pillar according to the shape of a building, and connecting and coupling the fiber panels by a fixing bolt; (X3) installing a fiber rod on the outer side of the fiber panels in a lattice form; (X4) installing a fiber mesh on the outside of the fiber rod; (X5) installing a lightweight insulation panel or a lightweight wall panel; (X6) applying high strength polymer mortar to a design thickness and hardening the same; (X7) finishing the inside with a CRC board or mortar plastering; and (X8) finishing the outside with color paint.
본 발명은 콘크리트와 이형 재료인 섬유판넬을 이용하여, 콘크리트 구조물을 경량화하면서도 충분한 강도를 확보하는 섬유판넬 구조부재 및 이를 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 (X1) 설치 시공면에 고정대를 설치하는 단계와; (X2) 상기 고정대에 건축물의 형태에 따라 기둥용으로 몰탈접착용 섬유판넬을 쌍으로 세워서 연결하여 설치하되, 상기 섬유판넬 들을 고정볼트에 의해 연결하여 체결하는 단계와; (X3) 상기 섬유판넬 외측에 섬유로드를 격자형의 설치하는 단계와; (X4) 상기 섬유로드 외측에 섬유메쉬를 설치하는 단계와; (X5) 상기 섬유로드 외측에 기성 제작되어 절첩식으로 구성되고, 발수 및 난연 처리된 종이골판지 또는 PVC골판지가 부착된 스티로폼 판넬로 구성되는 경량 단열 판넬 또는 경량 벽체용 판넬을 설치하는 단계와; (X6) 내측으로부터 상기 경량 단열 판넬 또는 경량 벽체용 판넬 측으로, 상기 섬유판넬 면을 향해, 섬유로드 및 섬유메쉬가 매립되도록 설계두께까지 고강도 폴리머 몰탈을 도포하여 양생하는 단계와; (X7) 상기 고강도 폴리머 양생면 내측에 불연 또는 난연성의 스티로폼이나 수성연질의 단열폼으로 단열 처리한 후 CRC보드 또는 몰탈미장으로 내부를 마감하는 단계; 그리고 (X8) 상기 스티로폼 판넬 외부에는 부직포를 붙이고, 상기 부직포 상에 단열페인트 또는 폴리우레아 처리 후, 컬러 페인트로 외부를 마감하는 단계를 포함하여 시공된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명에서는 다양한 건축 구조물에 적용될 수 있는 경량의 인장효과가 뛰어난 보강부재, 건축용 판재 및 건축용 기둥재를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
