The present invention relates to a non-slip pavement forming device with a grooved structure, which can reduce required time, effort, and expenses, and form an environmental-friendly non-slip pavement. The non-slip pavement forming device with a grooved structure includes a pavement paint spurt box, a pavement paint supply box for supplying pavement paint, a plurality of pavement paint spray guns for spraying the pavement paint supplied from the pavement paint supply box to a lower portion, an air compressor for supplying compressed air to the plurality of pavement paint spray guns, a pavement paint guide part for guiding the discharged pavement paint to a lower portion to jet the pavement paint to the ground surface, and groove forming bars consecutively spaced apart from one another and arranged at the same intervals as grooves of non-slip pavement formed on the ground surface.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 포장 형성 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 포장 도료를 지면에 분출하여 도포함과 동시에 일정한 간격의 그루브(groove)를 형성시킬 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 그루빙 구조의 미끄럼 방지 포장을 형성하는데 소요되는 시간, 노력 및 비용을 절감시킬 수 있고, 불필요하게 발생하는 폐기물 처리를 위한 시간, 노력 및 비용이 불필요하게 소요되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 친환경적으로 미끄럼 방지 포장을 형성할 수 있도록 하는 그루빙 구조의 미끄럼 방지 포장 형성 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 그루빙 구조의 미끄럼 방지 포장 형성 장치를 이루는 구성수단은 상측으로부터 공급되는 포장 도료를 하측으로 공급하기 위한 공간을 제공하는 포장 도료 분출 박스, 상기 포장 도료 분출 박스 상부에 배치되어 상기 포장 도료를 공급하는 포장 도료 공급 박스, 상기 포장 도료 분출 박스 내부에 고정 장착되되, 상호 소정 간격으로 이격되어 일렬로 배치되고, 동시에 압축 공기의 흐름을 발생시켜 상기 포장 도료 공급 박스에서 공급되는 포장 도료를 하측으로 각각 분사하는 복수의 포장 도료 분사건, 상기 복수의 포장 도료 분사건에 압축 공기를 공급하는 에어 압축기, 상기 포장 도료 분출 박스 내에서 하측 방향으로 관통되어 연장 형성되되, 상기 복수의 포장 도료 분사건 하측에 형성되어 상기 분사되는 포장 도료를 하측으로만 안내하여 지면으로 분출하는 포장 도료 안내부, 상기 포장 도료 안내부와 지면 사이에 배치되도록 상기 포장 도료 분출 박스에 결합되되, 지면에 형성시킬 미끄럼 방지 포장의 그루브 간격에 대응한 간격으로 연속해서 이격 배치되는 그루브 형성바를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
