The present invention relates to a lighting sidewalk block for thawing, comprising: a block main body laid on an installation surface and having an installation space opened upwardly; an LED assembly horizontally installed in the installation space, having a plurality of LEDs horizontally arranged to radiate light toward a downward direction by receiving power, penetrating light in the vertical direction, and performing thawing by being heated by heat radiated from the LEDs; a connection portion installed in the block main body to electrically connect the LED assembly with another LED assembly and supply the power; and a reflective plate provided on a bottom surface of the block main body to upwardly reflect the light emitted from the LED. Since the lighting sidewalk block is installed to a pavement to prevent freezing by the heat radiated from the LED, pedestrians are prevented from being damaged due to slipping on ice. Since power of discernment is improved by the light emitted from the LED, the pedestrian is able to walk safely, and utilization of the pavement can be improved. Also, since a low-power LED is used, the thawing, as well as illumination, can be realized, thereby satisfying economic feasibility. By using a glass substrate in the LED assembly, the light efficiency can be improved, and design for damp-proof and dustproof can be easily performed.
본 발명은 설치면에 놓여지고, 상방으로 개방되는 설치공간이 형성되는 블록본체; 상기 설치공간에 수평되게 설치되고, LED가 전원을 공급받아 하방을 향하여 광을 조사하도록 수평되게 다수로 배열되며, 상하로 광을 투과하고, 상기 LED로부터 방출되는 열에 의해 가열되어 해동을 수행하는 LED 어셈블리; 상기 LED 어셈블리에 다른 LED 어셈블리와의 전기적 연결 또는 전원 공급을 위해 마련되고, 상기 블록본체에 설치되는 접속부; 및 상기 블록본체의 바닥면에 마련되고, 상기 LED로부터 조사되는 광을 상방으로 반사키는 반사판;을 포함하도록 한 해동 조명 보도 블록에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인도나 보도 등에 설치됨으로써, LED로부터 방출되는 열을 이용하여 겨울철 결빙을 방지함으로써, 빙판의 미끄럼으로 인한 보행자 부상 등의 피해를 방지할 수 있고, LED로부터 발산되는 광을 이용하여 주변의 식별력을 높임으로써, 안전한 보행을 가능하도록 하며, 보도블록의 활용성을 높일 수 있고, 저전력의 LED를 이용하여 조명 뿐만 아니라 해빙을 가능하도록 함으로써 경제성을 충족시킬 수 있으며, LED 어셈블리에 글래스 기판을 사용함으로써 광효율 증대 및 방습 및 방진 설계가 용이하도록 할 수 있다.
