COMPOSITE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE FOR POST AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR POST USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a composite foundation structure for a post (100) having a pillar (110) and a bottom plate (120) engaged to a lower end of the pillar (110). The composite foundation structure includes a steel pipe post (200) embedded in the ground; permanent lateral forms (310) installed around the outer circumference of the steel pipe post (200) at intervals; a permanent lower form (320) installed to close a region between a lower end of the lateral form (310) and the steel pipe post (200); a filler (C) filled in a space formed on the outside of the steel pipe post (200), the inside of the lateral form (310), and the upper portion of the lower form (320); and an anchor (400) embedded in the filler (C), with an upper portion being engaged to the bottom plate (120). Therefore, the present invention has good constructability and work safety, effectively reinforces a stress concentrated portion, and can be manufactured at low costs.
본 발명은 기둥부(110)와, 상기 기둥부(110)의 하단에 결합한 바닥판(120)을 구비한 지주(100)의 파일기초 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 지중에 매설되는 강관말뚝(200); 상기 강관말뚝(200)의 외주를 둘러 간격을 두고 설치된 측방 영구거푸집(310); 상기 측방 영구거푸집(310)의 하단과 상기 강관말뚝(200)의 사이영역을 폐쇄하도록 설치된 하부 영구거푸집(320); 상기 강관말뚝(200)의 외측, 상기 측방 영구거푸집(310)의 내측 및 상기 하부 영구거푸집(320)의 상측에 형성된 공간에 충전된 충전재(C); 하부가 상기 충전재(C)에 매설되고, 상부가 상기 바닥판(120)에 결합한 앵커(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지주의 파일기초 합성구조물을 제시함으로써, 시공성 및 작업안전성이 우수하고, 응력집중부위를 효율적으로 보강할 수 있으며, 제작비용이 저렴하도록 한다.
