The present invention relates to an anchoring device for external insulation/decoration panel of a building to minimize thermal bridge, wherein the anchoring device for fixing a decoration material to the building includes an isolation member for interrupting a thermal bridge phenomenon, so that the thermal bridge phenomenon of the building caused by the anchoring device is fundamentally interrupted by the isolation member, thereby preventing heat transmitted through a wall of the building from being lost, and removing a cause of building deterioration by suppressing occurrence of dew condensation and molds to improve reliability of a product. The anchoring device for fixing the decoration material to the outer wall of the building includes an isolation member (150) for interrupting the heat bridge phenomenon between the wall and the anchoring device (100) to maintain heat insulation performance of the wall.
본 발명은 열교현상을 최소화하는 건축물의 외단열 및 외장패널 긴결장치에 관한 것으로서, 건축물에 외장재를 고정시키기 위해 구성되는 긴결장치에 열교현상을 차단시킬 수 있는 차단부재를 구성함으로써, 상기 긴결장치로 인해 건축물의 열교현상이 차단부재의 차단효과로 원천봉쇄되고, 이로 인해 상기 건축물의 벽체를 통해 관류되는 열의 손실을 방지하며, 결로 및 곰팡이 발생 억제 등의 노후화를 원인을 제거하여 제품신뢰성을 향상시키는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 건축물의 외부 벽체에 외장재를 고정시키기 위해 구성되는 긴결장치에 있어서, 상기 벽체와 긴결장치(100) 사이에 열교현상을 차단시켜 상기 벽체에 대한 단열성능을 유지시키도록 하는 차단부재(150);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
