Fiber reinforced permeable block
The present invention relates to a low cement-based permeable block with improve material properties such as compression strength, bending strength, or the like compared to a conventional permeable block by reinforcing amorphous steel fiber. According to the present invention, provided is a fiber reinforced permeable block which comprises: 300-450 kg/m^3 of a coupling material containing more than or equal to 70 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder; 1,600-1,850 kg/m^3 of an aggregate having a discontinuous size with a range of 3-8 mm of a diameter; and 6-10 kg/m^3 of amorphous steel fiber. The fiber reinforced permeable block is manufactured of a component in which a ratio between water and the coupling material is 13-30 wt% with material properties, wherein bending strength is more than or equal to 6.0 MPa, compression strength is more than or equal to 35 MPa, and permeability is more than or equal to 0.12 mm/s.
본 발명은 비정질 강섬유를 보강함으로써 기존 투수블록 대비 압축강도, 휨강도 등의 물성이 향상된 저시멘트 기반 투수블록에 관한 것이다. 전술한 과제 해결을 위해 본 발명은 「고로슬래그 미분말이 70wt% 이상 포함된 결합재 300~450kg/㎥; 직경 3~8mm 범위 불연속입도 골재 1,600~1,850kg/㎥ 및 비정질 강섬유 6~10kg/㎥을 포함하고, 물-결합재비 13~30wt%인 조성물로 제작되어, 휨강도 6.0MPa 이상; 압축강도 35MPa 이상 및 투수율 0.12mm/s 이상의 물성이 발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강 투수블록」을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a low cement-based permeable block with improve material properties such as compression strength, bending strength, or the like compared to a conventional permeable block by reinforcing amorphous steel fiber.
