According to the present invention, disclosed is an electric wiring groove construction device to conveniently and quickly process and form an electric wiring groove in an insulator of a sandwich panel. To this end, the electric wiring groove construction device comprises: a drill unit forming a wiring groove as the drill unit is inserted into the sandwich panel to rotate and move upwards along the insulator; a processing body unit composed of a first processing body which is formed with a coil structure formed by winding a cable several times and detachably connects the drill unit in the front and at least one second processing body which can connect to the back of the first processing body with the same structure as the first processing body, and transferring a rotary power to the drill unit; and a guide unit formed to be bent to have a right angle between the front and the back with a tubular member having a slightly greater diameter than an outer diameter of the processing body unit and the drill unit, and arranged to be inserted through a basic hole for wiring groove processing formed on a panel of the sandwich panel so as to guide a movement of a processing body to which the drill unit is connected.
본 발명은 샌드위치 패널의 단열재에 전기 배선홈을 가공 형성하기 위한 전기 배선홈 시공장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 전기 배선홈 시공장치는 상기 샌드위치 패널에 삽입되어 상기 단열재를 따라 상방향으로 회전 이동하면서 배선홈을 형성하는 드릴부; 케이블이 다수회 권취되어 형성된 코일 구조로 형성되고 전단에 상기 드릴부가 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 제 1 가공몸체와, 상기 제 1 가공몸체와 동일한 구조로 상기 제 1 가공몸체의 후단과 연결 가능한 적어도 하나 이상의 제 2 가공몸체로 구성되어 상기 드릴부에 회전력을 전달하는 가공 몸체부; 상기 드릴부 및 가공 몸체부의 외경보다 조금 더 큰 직경을 갖는 관형부재로 전단과 후단이 90°의 각도가 되도록 절곡 형성되고, 상기 샌드위치 패널의 판넬상에 형성된 배선홈 가공을 위한 기초홀을 통해 삽입 배치되어 상기 드릴부가 연결된 가공몸체의 이동을 가이드 하는 가이드부;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 케이블은, 단면이 사각형으로 형성되고, 코일형태로 권취 시, 상호 접촉하는 지점의 슬립현상이 감소되도록 상기 케이블의 상면과 하면에는 복수의 마찰돌기가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 드릴부는, 원형관 구조로 형성되는 상부 드릴몸체와, 상기 상부드릴 몸체의 하측으로 상부 드릴몸체의 외경보다 작은 외경으로 연장 형성되며 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 하부 드릴몸체로 구분 형성되는 드릴몸체부; 상기 상부 드릴몸체의 상단 측에 기립 형성되어 접촉에 의해 단열재를 배선홈 형태로 절단하는 제 1 칼날부; 상기 상부 드릴몸체의 내측면 측에 얇은 판형태로 돌출되어 나사산과 같은 구조를 취하며, 상기 제 1 칼날부에 의해 절단된 단열재의 외측면에 소정깊이로 삽입되는 제 2 칼날부; 상기 제 1 가공몸체의 전단 내측에 삽입 고정되고, 상기 하부 드릴몸체와 나사 결합될 수 있도록 내주면에 나사산이 형성되는 체결링;으로 이루어지며, 상기 가공 몸체부에는, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 가공몸체의 후단 내측에 일부가 삽입 고정되고, 내측은 다각형의 홀이 형성되며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 가공몸체의 외부로 노출되는 측면에 고정홀이 관통 형성되는 체결부재; 및 상기 제 2 가공몸체의 전단 내측에 소정부분이 노출되도록 삽입 고정되고, 상기 체결부재의 홀의 형성과 대응되도록 다각형으로 형성된 렌치;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
According to the present invention, disclosed is an electric wiring groove construction device to conveniently and quickly process and form an electric wiring groove in an insulator of a sandwich panel.
