Aseismatic Reinforcement Steel Frame with Friction Slip Brace and Aseismatic Reinforcement Method using thereof
The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement steel frame with a frictional reinforcement slip brace, capable of securing integrated behavior between an existing rebar concrete structure and a seismic reinforcement apparatus in occurrence of earthquake, and a seismic reinforcement method using the same. According to the present invention, the seismic reinforcement steel frame with a frictional reinforcement slip brace comprises: a planar anchor plate (100) attached along a base surface of a rebar concrete structure (50) to be reinforced; an anchor bolt (200) passing through an anchor bolt installation hole (11) formed on the anchor plate (100) to be buried and installed in the rebar concrete structure (50); a steel frame member (300) mounted along a column and a beam of the rebar concrete structure (50); and a plurality of connection members (40), wherein one end part is welded and coupled to the outer surface of the anchor plate (100) in a construction site and the other end part is temporarily coupled to the steel frame member (300) at each predetermined distance by a bolt to be able to move. A gap is generated between the anchor plate (100) and the base surface of the rebar conc structure (50) when the anchor bolt (200) is buried and installed therebetween, such that empty space is formed. The connection member (400) temporarily coupled by the bolt is welded and coupled to the anchor plate (100) in the construction site, and the bolt is completely fastened, such that the connection member (400) is fixed to the steel frame member (300). The steel frame member (300) is disposed along the column and the beam of the rebar concrete structure (50) to form a square or stacked-double square shape, and includes a frictional reinforcement brace (300) welded and coupled in a horizontal symmetrical structure to cross the internal space of the steel frame member (300).
본 발명은 마찰보강가새가 구비된 내진보강용 철골프레임 및 보강공법에 관한 것으로서, 보강 대상이 되는 철근 콘크리트 구조물(50)의 바탕면을 따라 부착되는 평판 형태의 앵커플레이트(100); 앵커플레이트(100)에 형성된 앵커볼트장착공(11)을 통과하여 철근 콘크리트 구조물(50)에 매립 장착되는 앵커볼트(200); 철근 콘크리트 구조물(50)의 기둥과 보를 따라 장착되는 철골부재(300); 및, 일측 단부는 시공 현장에서 앵커플레이트(100)의 외측면에 용접결합되고, 타측 단부는 철골부재(300)를 따라 미리 설정된 거리마다 유동 가능하게 볼트로 가체결되는 다수의 연결부재(400);를 포함하여 구성되고, 앵커플레이트(100)와 철근 콘크리트 구조물(50)의 바탕면 사이에는 앵커볼트(200)가 매립 장착된 상태에서도 간격(gap)이 존재하여 빈 공간이 형성되고, 볼트로 가체결된 연결부재(400)는 시공 현장에서 앵커플레이트(100)에 용접결합된 후 볼트를 완전히 조임으로써 철골부재(300)에 고정되고, 철골부재(300)는 철근 콘크리트 구조물(50)의 기둥과 보를 따라 " ㅁ"자 또는 "日"자 형태로 배열되는 구조가 되고, 철골부재(300)의 내부 공간을 가로지르도록 좌우 대칭 구조로 용접 결합되는 마찰보강가새(330);가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
