Cohesion strengthening loess composition and loess structure using the same
The present invention provides a loess composition with strengthened cohesion with enhanced durability by mixing waste paper and medicine cotton extracted from health functional plant with loess to remarkably enhance cohesion, and a loess structure using the same. The present invention is formed by mixing: 5-25 wt% of a medicine cotton bound material in a gel state by mixing flour and water with a functional extract extracted from the health functional plant via a vacuum extractor or fibered medicine cotton remaining after drying and crushing the health functional plant and removing powder therefrom; 5-35 wt% of a cohesion enhancer in a gel state by immersing crushed waste paper in water, inputting salt into the water, heating the mixture and aging the mixture for 24 hours at room temperatures; and 50-80 wt% of crushed loess made by collecting earth, mixing the earth with water, passing the mixture through mesh net with 200-300 meshes, drying the meshed material to the percentage of water content of 20% or less and finely pulverizing the dried material. The present invention provides the loess structure, which is made of loess plates formed by inputting the loess composition into an upper mold and a lower mold and compressing the molds with a press while moisture is discharged through several discharge holes formed in the lower mold. The present invention remarkably can enhance durability by improving the cohesion of the loess composition or the loess structure using the same and maximize health increase effect.
본 발명은 폐지와 건강기능성식물로부터의 약솜을 황토와 혼합하여 응집력을 월등히 향상시켜서 내구성이 향상되도록 한 응집력이 강화된 황토조성물 및 이를 이용한 황토구조물을 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 건강기능성식물을 진공추출기를 사용하여 추출한 기능성추출물 또는 상기의 건강기능성식물을 건조 후 파쇄하여 분말을 분리하고 남은 섬유질의 약솜에 밀가루와 물을 혼합하여 겔상태로 조성된 약솜결착물 5~25wt%와, 분쇄된 폐지를 물에 푼 후 소금을 투입하고 가열한 다음 상온에서 24시간 숙성시켜 겔상태로 조성된 응집력증진제 5~35wt%와, 황토를 채취하여 물에 섞어 200~300메시의 그물망에 통과시킨 후 함수율을 20% 이하로 건조시켜 미분쇄시킨 황토분쇄물 50~80wt%이 혼합 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 황토조성물을 상형과 하형에 투입하여 하형에 형성된 수개의 배출공으로 수분이 배출되면서 프레스로 압착 성형된 황토판으로 된 황토구조물을 특징으로 하되, 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 황토조성물이나 이를 이용한 황토구조물의 응집력 강화로 내구성을 월등히 향상시키며, 건강증진효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a loess composition with strengthened cohesion with enhanced durability by mixing waste paper and medicine cotton extracted from health functional plant with loess to remarkably enhance cohesion, and a loess structure using the same.
