Acceleration part integral viscous fluid damper for Emergency Escape Stairs
The present invention provides an acceleration unit integrated viscous fluid damper for an emergency escape stairway, which is coupled to a frame member disposed on the bottom end of the emergency escape stairway, which operates the emergency escape stairway installed on the outside to form escape stairway in emergency, such as fire, to provide rotational force to a viscous fluid damper while accelerating the rotation of the emergency escape stairway by the acceleration unit installed on a fixed support, and reduces rotational speed by friction between a viscous fluid and a polygonal plain part of a rotor included in the acceleration unit so as to solve a problem that the emergency escape stairway is rapidly descended to be broken. According to the present invention, the acceleration unit integrated viscous fluid damper for an emergency escape stairway comprises: the fixed support fixed to a wall; the acceleration unit coupled to the fixed support to be able to rotate to function as a shaft for tilting the emergency escape stairway by 180 degrees; a universal joint unit to interconnect the accelerate unit and the frame member forming the emergency escape stairway; and a viscous fluid damper unit fixed to the fixed support and reducing the rotational force accelerated in the accelerate unit to safely descend the emergency escape stairway.
본 발명은 화재와 같은 비상시에 외부에 설치된 비상탈출 계단을 동작시켜 탈출용 계단을 만드는 비상탈출 계단의 하단에 위치한 골조부재와 결합하여 비상탈출 계단의 회전을 고정지지대에 설치된 증속부에 의해 증속시킨 상태로 점성유체 댐퍼에 회전력을 제공하고, 그 회전력을 내부의 점성유체와 회전체의 다각형 평면부 사이의 마찰에 의해서 회전 속도를 감쇄시키도록 하여 비상탈출 계단이 급격히 하강하여 파손되는 등의 문제점이 해소될 수 있도록 하는 비상탈출 계단용 증속부 일체형 점성유체 댐퍼를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 벽에 고정된 고정지지대와; 상기 고정지지대에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 비상탈출 계단을 180도 틸팅하는 축 역할을 하는 증속부와; 상기 증속부와 비상탈출 계단을 구성하는 골조부재를 상호 연결하는 유니버설 조인트부와; 상기 고정지지대에 고정되며, 증속부에서 증속된 회전력을 감쇄시켜 비상탈출 계단을 안전하게 하강시킬 수 있도록 하는 점성유체 댐퍼부를 포함하는 것이다.
