APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING WATER TEMPERATURE AND WATER LEVEL FOR A BATHTUB
The present invention relates to a water temperature and level adjustment apparatus for a bathtub, to automatically supply water of a target water temperature and level. According to the present invention, the water temperature and level adjustment apparatus for a bathtub comprises: a hot water pipe connected to a hot water supply pipe; a cold water pipe connected to a cold water supply pipe; a mixed water pipe mixing hot water provided through the hot water pipe and cold water provided through the cold water pipe to discharge the mixed water; a housing to receive at least a part of each of the hot water pipe, the cold water pipe, and the mixed water pipe; a hot water flow rate adjustment unit disposed in the hot water pipe and using a plurality of solenoid valves to adjust a flow rate by at least three levels; a cold water flow rate adjustment unit disposed in the cold water pipe and using a plurality of solenoid valves to adjust a flow rate by at least three levels; a non-contact water temperature sensor disposed on the bottom of the housing and measuring the temperature of the water stored in the bathtub; a non-contact water level sensor disposed on the bottom of the housing and measuring the level of the water stored in the bathtub; and a control unit received in the housing, controlling each level of the hot and cold water flow rate adjustment units in accordance with a preset water temperature and the measured water temperature, and blocking the hot and cold water flow rate adjustment units when the measured water level reaches a preset water level.
본 발명에 따른 욕조용 수온 및 수위 조절 장치는, 온수공급관와 연결되는 온수관; 냉수공급관과 연결되는 냉수관; 상기 온수관을 통해 유입되는 온수와 상기 냉수관을 통해 유입되는 냉수가 혼합되어 배출되는 혼합수관; 상기 온수관, 상기 냉수관 및 상기 혼합수관 각각의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 하우징; 상기 온수관에 구비되며, 복수 개의 솔레노이드 밸브를 이용하여 유량을 적어도 세 레벨로 조절하는 온수 유량조절부; 상기 냉수관에 구비되며, 복수 개의 솔레노이드 밸브를 이용하여 유량을 적어도 세 레벨로 조절하는 냉수 유량조절부; 상기 하우징의 하단에 구비되며, 욕조에 받아진 물의 수온을 측정하는 비접촉식 수온 센서; 상기 하우징의 하단에 구비되며, 상기 욕조에 받아진 물의 수위를 측정하는 비접촉식 수위 센서; 및 상기 하우징에 수용되며, 미리 설정된 설정수온 및 상기 측정된 수온에 따라 상기 온수 유량조절부 및 상기 냉수 유량조절부 각각의 레벨을 제어하고, 상기 측정된 수위가 미리 설정된 설정수위에 도달하면 상기 온수 유량조절부와 상기 냉수 유량조절부를 차단하는 제어부를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a water temperature and level adjustment apparatus for a bathtub, to automatically supply water of a target water temperature and level. According to the present invention, the water temperature and level adjustment apparatus for a bathtub comprises: a hot water pipe connected to a hot water supply pipe; a cold water pipe connected to a cold water supply pipe; a mixed water pipe mixing hot water provided through the hot water pipe and cold water provided through the cold water pipe to discharge the mixed water; a housing to receive at least a part of each of the hot water pipe, the cold water pipe, and the mixed water pipe; a hot water flow rate adjustment unit disposed in the hot water pipe and using a plurality of solenoid valves to adjust a flow rate by at least three levels; a cold water flow rate adjustment unit disposed in the cold water pipe and using a plurality of solenoid valves to adjust a flow rate by at least three levels; a non-contact water temperature sensor disposed on the bottom of the housing and measuring the temperature of the water stored in the bathtub; a non-contact water level sensor disposed on the bottom of the housing and measuring the level of the water stored in the bathtub; and a control unit received in the housing, controlling each level of the hot and cold water flow rate adjustment units in accordance with a preset water temperature and the measured water temperature, and blocking the hot and cold water flow rate adjustment units when the measured water level reaches a preset water level.
본 발명에 따른 욕조용 수온 및 수위 조절 장치는, 온수공급관와 연결되는 온수관; 냉수공급관과 연결되는 냉수관; 상기 온수관을 통해 유입되는 온수와 상기 냉수관을 통해 유입되는 냉수가 혼합되어 배출되는 혼합수관; 상기 온수관, 상기 냉수관 및 상기 혼합수관 각각의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 하우징; 상기 온수관에 구비되며, 복수 개의 솔레노이드 밸브를 이용하여 유량을 적어도 세 레벨로 조절하는 온수 유량조절부; 상기 냉수관에 구비되며, 복수 개의 솔레노이드 밸브를 이용하여 유량을 적어도 세 레벨로 조절하는 냉수 유량조절부; 상기 하우징의 하단에 구비되며, 욕조에 받아진 물의 수온을 측정하는 비접촉식 수온 센서; 상기 하우징의 하단에 구비되며, 상기 욕조에 받아진 물의 수위를 측정하는 비접촉식 수위 센서; 및 상기 하우징에 수용되며, 미리 설정된 설정수온 및 상기 측정된 수온에 따라 상기 온수 유량조절부 및 상기 냉수 유량조절부 각각의 레벨을 제어하고, 상기 측정된 수위가 미리 설정된 설정수위에 도달하면 상기 온수 유량조절부와 상기 냉수 유량조절부를 차단하는 제어부를 포함한다.
