The present invention relates to a fireproof door using a foamed stone board, in which a structural strength and a flame propagation interruption function is increased by coupling of filling a material to or in a space between a front surface steel plate and a rear surface steel plate, the fireproof door including: a unit foamed stone board which is made into a plate shape by foaming vermiculite or pearl stone and clustering shattered stone grains; a nonwoven fabric which is bonded to the entire surface of the foamed stone board such that the foamed stone grains are not broken even when an impact is applied to the foamed stone grains of vermiculite or pearl stone constituting the foamed stone board; a clay layer which is formed by applying clay or yellow earth, which is mixed with water, to a surface of the nonwoven fabric bonded to the foamed stone board and hardening the clay or yellow earth as the clay or yellow earth permeates between the stone grains between the spaces of the nonwoven fabric and on a surface of the nonwoven fabric, and prevents the surface of the foamed stone board from being collapsed and makes the surface smooth; a foamed stone board unit which has steps corresponding to each other at one side end of the foamed stone board such that the foamed stone boards deviate in the thickness direction when the foamed stone board are coupled to each other and in which several foamed stone boards are coupled by using an adhesive; a honeycomb which is coupled to one surface of the foamed stone board unit and compensates fa thickness of the foamed stone board unit when the thickness of the foamed stone board unit is thinner than a thickness required for the fireproof door; a front surface steel plate which is adhered and coupled to the front surface of the foamed stone board unit to be integrally formed by a pressing device; and a rear surface steel plate which is adhered and coupled to the rear surface of the foamed stone board unit to be integrally formed by the pressing device.
본 발명은 전면강판과 후면강판 사이의 공간에 다른 재료를 결합하거나 채워서 구조적 강도와 화염전파 차단 기능을 높이는 방화문에 있어서, 질석이나 진주석을 발포하여 분쇄된 석재알갱이를 뭉쳐서 판형으로 만든 단위 발포석재판; 상기 발포석재판을 구성하는 질석이나 진주석의 발포된 석재알갱이가 외부 충격을 받더라도 부서지지 않도록 발포석재판의 표면 전체를 감싸면서 접착되는 부직포; 상기 발포석재판에 접착된 부직포의 표면에 물에 개인 진흑이나 황토를 발라, 그 진흙이나 황토가 부직포의 공간 사이와 표면의 석재알갱이 사이로 스며들어 경화되어 단단해져 발포석재판의 표면이 부스러지지 않게 하고 표면을 매끄럽게 만드는 점토층; 상기 발포석재판의 일측단에는 발포석재판이 서로 결합될 때 두께 방향으로 어긋나지 않도록 상호 대응되는 단턱이 형성하고, 상기 발포석재판을 접착제로 수개 결합하여 형성된 발포석재판유닛; 상기 발포석재판유닛의 한쪽면에 결합되어 방화문에 요구되는 두께에 발포석재판유닛의 두께가 얇을 경우 그 두께 차이를 보상하는 하니콤; 상기 발포석재판유닛의 전면에 프레싱 장치에 의해 밀착 결합되어 일체화되는 전면강판; 상기 발포석재판유닛의 후면에 프레싱 장치에 의해 밀착 결합되어 일체화되는 후면강판;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발포석재를 이용한 방화문에 관한 것이다.
