DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY IMPROVING EASE OF ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a door hinge assembly with an improved convenience of assembling, by which a door may enter a vehicle body to a predetermined location without using a separate tool such that the door is hinge-coupled to the vehicle body. The present invention provides a door hinge assembly with an improved convenience of assembling, the door hinge assembly including: a hinge member (11) for a vehicle body coupled to one side of a vehicle body (1); a hinge member (12) for a door coupled to one side of a door (2); and a hinge shaft (13) passing through the hinge member (11) for a vehicle body and the hinge member for a door, wherein the door is hinge-connected to the vehicle body (1), wherein a push bracket (14) that slides in a direction that is perpendicular to an axial direction of the hinge shaft (13) is installed in the hinge member (11) for a vehicle body, wherein the push bracket (14) restricts positioning of the hinge shaft (13) at a predetermined assembling location before the hinge member (11) for a vehicle body is inserted into the hinge member (12) for a door, and the hinge shaft (13) is allowed to pass through the hinge member (12) for a door if the hinge member (12) for a door is inserted into the hinge member (11) for a vehicle body.
본 발명은 별도의 공구를 사용하지 않고도 도어를 차체에 정해진 위치로 진입시킴으로써, 도어가 차체에 힌지연결되도록 한 조립 편의성이 향상된 도어 힌지 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조립 편의성이 향상된 도어 힌지 어셈블리는, 차체(1)의 일측에 체결되는 차체측 힌지부재(11)와, 도어(2)의 일측에 체결되는 도어측 힌지부재(12)와, 상기 차체측 힌지부재(11)와 상기 도어측 힌지부재(12)를 관통하는 힌지축(13)을 구비하여, 상기 도어(2)가 상기 차체(1)에 대하여 힌지연결시키는 도어 힌지 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 차체측 힌지부재(11)에는 상기 힌지축(13)의 축방향과 수직한 방향으로 슬라이딩하는 푸시 브라켓(14)이 설치되고, 상기 푸시 브라켓(14)은, 상기 차체측 힌지부재(11)로 상기 도어측 힌지부재(12)가 삽입되기전에는 상기 힌지축(13)이 정해진 조립위치에 위치하는 것을 제한하고, 상기 차체측 힌지부재(11)로 상기 도어측 힌지부재(12)가 삽입되면 상기 힌지축(13)이 상기 도어측 힌지부재(12)도 관통하는 것을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립 편의성이 향상된 도어 힌지 어셈블리
