Provided is a joint ventilation type exterior wall member. The provided joint ventilation type exterior wall member pertains to a joint ventilation type exterior wall member, comprising: a plurality of clamps arranged and fixed to the inner or exterior wall or the underground structure of a building; and a plurality of exterior panels arranged and mounted in the transverse or longitudinal direction with the clamps as a fixing media, the exterior panel including a front plate in the form of a rectangular plate and bent pieces perpendicularly bent around the four outer peripheries of the front plate, and the clamp including first to fourth corner insertion parts, into which the bent pieces positioned at the four corner parts of four exterior panels are inserted, a joint forming protrusion protruded from the center of each of the corner insertion parts so as to form a corner insertion groove, and a plurality of screw-coupling holes provided in the corner insertion parts, wherein the bent pieces positioned at the four corner parts of the exterior panels have installation holes such that a single number of fixing clip is respectively installed therein, the clamp have a second corner insertion part and a fourth corner insertion part formed to be shorter than a first corner insertion part and a third corner insertion part, where the fixing clips are installed, and the first corner insertion part and the third corner insertion part have accommodation protrusions such that the fixing clips are held and fixed thereto.
줄눈환기형 외벽체가 제공된다. 제공된 줄눈환기형 외벽체는 건축물의 내, 외벽 또는 지하구조물의 내벽에 배열고정되는 다수의 클램프와, 이 클램프를 고정매개체로 하여 가로방향 또는 세로방향으로 배열설치되는 다수의 외장패널을 포함하며, 상기 외장패널은 사각판형태의 전면판 및 이 전면판의 사방 외둘레에 수직절곡되는 절곡편을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 클램프는 4개 외장패널의 사방 모서리부에 위치하는 절곡편이 삽입되는 제1~제4 모서리삽입부, 이 모서리삽입부들의 중앙부에 돌출형성되어 모서리삽입홈을 형성하는 줄눈형성돌기 및 상기 모서리삽입부들에 마련되는 다수의 나사결합홀을 포함하여 구성되는 줄눈환기형 외벽체에 있어서, 상기 외장패널들의 사방 모서리부에 위치하는 절곡편에는 설치공을 마련하여 단수개의 고정클립을 각, 각 설치하고, 상기 클램프는 상기 고정클립이 설치되는 제1 모서리삽입부와 제3 모서리삽입부에 대하여 제2 모서리삽입부와 제4 모서리삽입부를 짧게 형성하되, 상기 제1 모서리삽입부와 제3 모서리삽입부에는 상기 고정클립이 걸림고정되는 수용턱이 구비된다.
