The present invention provides a method for manufacturing retort sterilized clay which can be stored at room temperature through retort sterilization treatment without using a chemical preservative, and can be maintained for a long period without deterioration in quality. According to the present invention, the present invention can improve the short shelf life of the conventional clay. The method comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing clay dough; (b) filling the clay dough in retort packaging and sealing the same; (c) performing retort sterilization with respect to the product of the step (b); and (d) cooling the product of the step (c).
본 발명은 화학방부제를 사용하지 않고 레토르트 살균 처리를 통해 상온 보관이 가능하면서 품질의 손상 없이 장기간 유지할 수 있는 레토르트 점토의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 기존의 점토의 짧은 유통기한을 개선시킬 수 있다.
