The present invention relates to a planar arrangement structure for a residential building, such as an ordinary house, a multihousehold house, an apartment house, and the like and, more specifically, to a planar arrangement structure for a residential building, which includes a courtyard, and symmetrically arranges a bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room with respect to the courtyard to provide functionality of removing noise and odor problems on a plane, and includes a vertical conduit with a wide planar area for various kinds of pipes or cables to provide functionality of improving convenience in maintenance and mitigating a noise problem in accordance with sewage and rainwater. According to the present invention, the planar arrangement structure for a residential building comprises: a courtyard facing a front door; a central passage using the courtyard and the front door as a boundary; a plurality of bedrooms arranged on the left or right side with respect to the central passage; and a kitchen and a living room symmetrically arranged with the bedrooms.
본 발명은 일반주택, 다세대 주택, 아파트 등의 주거용 건축물의 평면 배치 구조에 관한 것으로서, 중정을 마련하고, 이 중정을 중심으로 침실과, 주방 및 거실을 대칭으로 배치하여 평면상에서의 소음 문제와 냄새로 인한 문제를 일소할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 각종 배관)이나 케이블을 위한 넓은 평면적을 갖는 수직관로를 마련하여 유지 보수의 편리성을 향상시키고, 오수나 우수에 다른 소음 문제점도 개선할 수 있는 기능성을 제공하는 주거용 건축물의 평면 배치구조를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 주거용 건물의 평면 배치구조에 있어서; 현관문과 마주보는 중정과; 상기 중정과 현관문을 경계로 하는 중앙통로와; 상기 중앙통로를 기준으로 좌측 또는 우측에 배치되는 복수의 침실과; 상기 복수의 침실과 대칭으로 배치된 주방 및 거실을 포함하는 것이다.
