Apparatus for Repairing And Reinforcing Concrete Sturcure And Method for Repairing And Reinforcing Concrete Structures Using the Same
The present invention relates to a frame apparatus for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure and a method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same, wherein after applying a repairing material to a crack or a damaged portion of a concrete structure such as a beam or a column, the frame apparatus is stably attached to a portion to which the repairing material is applied with strong pressure for the repairing material not to be left. According to the present invention, the frame apparatus for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure comprises: a body unit provided with a plurality of support plates arranged to face both surfaces of the concrete structure; a compression plate installed to linearly reciprocate with respect to a support plate on one surface or between both surfaces of the support plate and the concrete structure to be pressurized to adhere to one surface or both surfaces of the concrete structure; and an operation unit enabling the compression plate to linearly reciprocate with respect to the support plate.
본 발명은 보 또는 기둥과 같은 건축 구조물의 균열이나 손상 부위에 보수재를 도포한 후 보수재가 도포된 부위에 강한 압력으로 밀착되어 보수재가 탈락하지 않고 견고하게 부착될 수 있도록 한 건축 구조물 보수 보강용 형틀 장치 및 이를 이용한 건축 구조물의 보수 보강 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 건축 구조물 보수 보강용 형틀 장치는, 건축 구조물의 양면과 마주보도록 배치되는 복수 개의 지지판을 구비하는 본체부와; 상기 지지판과 건축 구조물의 일면 또는 양면 사이에 지지판에 대해 직선 왕복 운동 가능하게 설치되어 건축 구조물의 일면 또는 양면에 가압 밀착되는 압착판과; 상기 압착판을 상기 지지판에 대해 직선 왕복 운동시키는 가동유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
