The present invention relates to a paving method of a temporary road and a parking lot, which comprises the following steps of: (s10) forming a primer layer by applying primer to a surface to be paved; (s20) constructing a first paving layer having a double liquid type elastic paint film material formed by synthesizing and mixing polyurethane and a resin material processed by enabling cyanate to react to alcohol with intermediate pressure heat in an upper portion of the primer layer, a rubber chip processed by pulverizing a waste tire, a plastic ball formed by processing waste plastic, and a fiber reinforcing material; (s30) constructing a felt layer in an upper portion of the first paving layer; (s40) constructing a second paving layer having the shape composition with the first paving layer in an upper portion of the felt layer; and (s50) constructing a finishing layer in an upper portion of the second paving layer.
본 발명은 피포장면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성시키는 단계(s10); 상기 프라이머층 상부에 시안산염을 알콜과 중압열 반응시켜 가공한 폴리우레탄과 수지재를 합성 혼합하여 이루어지는 2액형의 탄성 도막재; 폐타이어를 분쇄하여 가공된 고무 칩; 폐플라스틱을 가공 성형한 플라스틱 볼; 섬유보강재를 포함하는 제 1포장층을 시공하는 단계(s20); 상기 제 1포장층의 상부에 부직포층을 시공하는 단계(s30); 상기 부직포층 상부에 상기 제 1포장층과 동일한 조성을 가진 제 2포장층을 시공하는 단계(s40); 상기 제 2포장층 상부에 마감층을 시공하는 단계(s50);를 포함하는 간이도로 및 주차장 포장방법에 관한 것이다.
