The present invention relates to a cam assembly device for a door lock lever module assembly system capable of automatically assembling a cam among the main components provided inside a door lock lever module. The present invention comprises: a cam feeder part (51) for continuously supplying cams while aligning the cams in a line; a cam ejector part (52) for pushing up the cam at a predetermined height; and a cam assembly part (53) for holding the cam while adjusting the direction of the cam and automatically assembling a spindle (SP) to the lever. According to the present invention, it is capable of automatically assembling the cam among the main components installed in the door lock lever module (LM), thereby reducing labor costs and improving productivity.
본 발명은 도어록용 레버모듈 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 캠을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 한 도어록 레버모듈 조립시스템용 캠 조립장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 캠을 일렬로 정렬하면서 연속 공급하는 캠피더부(51)와; 소정 높이로 캠을 밀어 올리는 캠이젝터부(52)와; 캠의 방향을 맞추면서 파지하여 레버의 스핀들(SP)에 자동 조립하는 캠조립부(53)를 포함하여 구성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도어록용 레버모듈(LM) 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 캠을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 되어 인건비를 절감하고 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
