Multilayered Sheet for Heat Insulation and Sound Proofing
A multilayer structured sheet for insulation and sound proofing of the present invention, as a structure in which at least two or more aluminum films (10) are stacked, has a structure in which a tube (20) having a filler (30) filled therein to maintain a gap between layers of the aluminum films (10) is bonded to an upper surface of other aluminum films (10) except for an uppermost aluminum film, and an air layer (40) is formed in a space between the layers of the aluminum films (10) without the tube bonded thereto, and of which an inner part is sealed. Although the thickness of the aluminum films (10), such as an aluminum thin film, i.e., an aluminum foil, is not limited, the aluminum films (10) generally having the thickness of 5 to 100 μm may be preferably used. Although the diameter of the tube (20) which is manufactured by using a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polyester, nylon and the like as raw material is not limited, the tube (20) generally having the diameter of 1 to 10 mm may be preferably used. The filler (30) is filled in the tube (20), and inorganic particles such as fly ash, an inorganic foaming agent such as pearlite or foam glass, an organic foaming agent such as a foamable synthetic resin, a room temperature curable liquid resin, or air may be preferably used as the filler to exhibit an insulation effect.
본 발명의 단열 및 방음용 다층구조 시이트는 최소한 2개 이상의 알루미늄 필름(10)이 적층된 구조로서 최상부의 알루미늄 필름을 제외한 나머지 알루미늄 필름(10)의 상부 표면에 알루미늄 필름(10) 층간의 간격을 유지하도록 충진재(30)가 충전되는 튜브(20)가 접착되고, 튜브가 접착되지 않은 알루미늄 필름(10)의 층간 사이의 공간에는 공기층(40)이 형성되며, 내부가 밀봉된 구조를 갖는다. 알루미늄 필름(10)은 알루미늄 박막 즉 알루미늄 호일(foil)과 같은 것으로 그 두께는 제한을 받지 않지만 통상 5∼100㎛의 두께가 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다. 튜브(20)는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 나일론 등과 같은 합성수지를 원료로 하여 제조된 것으로 그 직경은 제한을 받지 않지만 통상 1∼10mm의 직경이 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다. 튜브(20)에는 충진재(30)가 충진되는데 이 충진재는 단열효과를 나타내도록 플라이애쉬와 같은 무기질 입자, 펄라이트나 발포유리와 같은 무기질 발포제, 발포성 합성수지와 같은 유기질 발포제, 상온 경화 액상수지, 또는 공기가 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다.
