An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a CCTV camera for capturing a crosswalk and transmitting a crosswalk video taken in real time to a CCTV control center server; a smart help bell for receiving help from a pedestrian; and a bidirectional voice communication part for receiving a voice of the pedestrian and transmitting the voice to the CCTV control center server when the smart help bell is pressed, and outputting a voice of a safety guide received from the CCTV control center server.
본 발명의 실시 형태는 횡단보도를 촬영하여 촬영되는 횡단보도 영상을 실시간으로 CCTV 관제센터 서버로 전송하는 CCTV 카메라; 보행자로부터 도움을 요청받는 스마트 도움벨; 및 상기 스마트 도움벨의 눌림이 있는 경우, 보행자의 목소리를 입력받아 상기 CCTV 관제센터 서버로 전송하며, 상기 CCTV 관제센터 서버로부터 수신되는 안전 안내자의 음성을 출력하는 양방향 음성 통신기;를 포함할 수 있다.
