The present invention relates to a blocking bar having a handle locking part, which remarkably enhances user convenience by automatically locking to prevent a handle from being separated from fitting jaws without a user′s manipulation. The blocking bar having a handle locking part includes a support; a blocking bar head mounted at an upper end of the support, having a plurality of fitting jaws mounted at right angles to the outer circumference and a blocking belt wound in the blocking bar head to be restored elastically, wherein the blocking belt is disposed to be drawn out; a connection member of a vertically long cube to which an end portion of the blocking belt is connected; an outer groove formed concavely in an outer surface of the connection member; a pair of assembly holes horizontally formed in outer surfaces of an upper end and a lower end of the connection member above the outer groove; a joining member of a vertically long cube closely disposed onto the outer surface of the connection member; a fitting groove formed upwardly from a lower end of the outer surface of the joining member in response to the outer groove; a handle having assembly protrusions formed on inner faces of the upper end and the lower end of the joining member to be fit and joined to the assembly holes; and a handle locking part mounted on the handle in order to lock the handle to the fitting jaws in the state where the fitting jaws are fit to the fitting grooves or to release the locking according to a user′s manipulation.
