FOUNDATION FLOORING STRUCTURE AND BED CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a panel structure for a foundation bottom, which is applied to a foundation structure of a building to promote soundproof and dust prevention effect, has simple configuration to secure productivity, assemblability, and constructability, and also has a smooth surface and a strong structure to be applied to a bottom structure of a salt pond so as to expand usability, and a bottom construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the panel structure for a foundation bottom comprises: a rectangular box-shaped panel body part having one opened surface; a panel coupling means to connect and couple between neighboring panel body parts; a reinforcement means to reinforce the panel body part; a coupling hole formed on the upper surface of the panel body part, and inserting and fixing a pipe holding member therein; and the pipe holding member coupled to the coupling hole, and holding and fixing a heating pipe to be installed. The pipe holding member comprises: a pipe mounting part formed in a C-shape and mounting the heating pipe thereon; a fixing part formed on both end parts of an opened portion of the pipe mounting part; a pole part downwardly extended from the bottom of the pipe mounting part; and a coupling part formed on the lower part of the pole part, and inserted into and coupled to the coupling hole.
본 발명은 건축물 등의 바닥 구조에 적용되어 방음 및 방진 효과를 도모할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 간단한 구성으로 제작성과 조립성 및 작업 시공성을 확보할 수 있으며, 매끈한 표면과 견고한 구조를 가져 염전의 바닥 구조로도 적용될 수 있도록 하여 활용성을 확장시킬 수 있는 기초 바닥용 패널구조체 및 이를 이용한 바닥 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일면 개방된 사각 함체형의 패널 바디부; 이웃하는 상기 패널 바디부 간을 연결 결합시키기 위한 패널 결합 수단; 상기 패널 바디부를 보강하기 위한 보강 수단; 상기 패널 바디부의 상면에 형성되며, 하기의 파이프 파지부재가 삽입 고정되는 결합 구멍; 및 상기 결합 구멍에 결합되고, 설치되는 난방 파이프를 파지 고정하기 위한 파이프 파지부재;를 더 포함하고, 상기 파이프 파지부재는 'C'자형으로 형성되고, 난방 파이프가 안착되는 파이프 안착부와, 상기 파이프 안착부의 개방된 부분의 양단부에 형성되고, 단면이 원형으로 형성된 고정부와, 상기 파이프 안착부의 하단에서 하부방향으로 연장형성된 기둥부, 및 상기 기둥부의 하부에 형성되고 상기 결합 구멍에 삽입 체결되는 체결부를 포함하는 기초 바닥용 패널구조체가 제공된다.

본 발명은 건축물 등의 바닥 구조에 적용되어 방음 및 방진 효과를 도모할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 간단한 구성으로 제작성과 조립성 및 작업 시공성을 확보할 수 있으며, 매끈한 표면과 견고한 구조를 가져 염전의 바닥 구조로도 적용될 수 있도록 하여 활용성을 확장시킬 수 있는 기초 바닥용 패널구조체 및 이를 이용한 바닥 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일면 개방된 사각 함체형의 패널 바디부; 이웃하는 상기 패널 바디부 간을 연결 결합시키기 위한 패널 결합 수단; 상기 패널 바디부를 보강하기 위한 보강 수단; 상기 패널 바디부의 상면에 형성되며, 하기의 파이프 파지부재가 삽입 고정되는 결합 구멍; 및 상기 결합 구멍에 결합되고, 설치되는 난방 파이프를 파지 고정하기 위한 파이프 파지부재;를 더 포함하고, 상기 파이프 파지부재는 'C'자형으로 형성되고, 난방 파이프가 안착되는 파이프 안착부와, 상기 파이프 안착부의 개방된 부분의 양단부에 형성되고, 단면이 원형으로 형성된 고정부와, 상기 파이프 안착부의 하단에서 하부방향으로 연장형성된 기둥부, 및 상기 기둥부의 하부에 형성되고 상기 결합 구멍에 삽입 체결되는 체결부를 포함하는 기초 바닥용 패널구조체가 제공된다.
