Locking device of grip type door
Disclosed is a grip type door locking device which simplifies a structure to allow a grip operated for opening a slide door to directly operate a latch locked to or unlocked from a striker so as to provide economic efficiency due to convenience in assembly and improvement of productivity. According to the present invention, the grip type door locking device comprises: the striker fixed to a window frame and having a locking groove formed therein; the latch having a hook received in and separated from the locking groove of the striker; a grip linearly reciprocated to operate the latch and supported by a first spring; a base fixed to the window frame; a main body fixed to the window frame with the base, receiving the latch and the grip, and having an opening part formed on one side; and an outer cover to close an operating space of the main body. The latch comprises a reception space formed on the upper and lower sides of one edge portion of a support piece to receive one end of a second spring, and a support shaft protruding from the upper and lower side of the other edge portion of the support piece. The grip comprises: the support piece protruding in a direction perpendicular to the upper and lower sides of a grip part in contact with fingers, and an inclined rail inwardly protruding from a front end of the support piece. When the grip is linearly reciprocated, the position of the support shaft of the latch in contact with the inclined rail is vertically changed, such that the hook of the latch is received in and separated from the locking groove of the striker, and thus a locked state is maintained or canceled.
본 발명은 미닫이 도어를 개방하기 위해 작동되는 손잡이가 스트라이커에 잠금 또는 해지하는 걸림쇠를 직접 작동시키도록 그 구조를 간소화하여 조립의 편리성 및 생산성 향상으로 경제성을 갖도록 한 한 그립형 도어 잠금장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 그립형 도어 잠금장치는 창틀프레임에 고정되면서 걸림홈을 형성한 스트라이커와; 이 스트라이커의 걸림홈에 수용 및 이격되는 후크를 갖는 걸림쇠와; 이 걸림쇠를 작동시키기 위해 직선 왕복운동을 하고 제1 스프링에 의해 지지되는 손잡이와; 창문프레임에 고정되는 베이스와: 이 베이스와 함께 창문프레임에 고정되고 상기 걸림쇠 및 손잡이를 수용시키고 일측에 개구부가 형성되는 본체; 및 상기 본체의 작동공간을 폐쇄하는 외부커버로 이루어지는 것에 있어서, 상기 걸림쇠는 지지편의 일측 모서리부분 상하측에 형성된 후크에 제2 스프링의 일단이 수용되는 수용공간을 형성하고, 지지편의 타측 모서리부분 상하측에 지지축이 돌출되어 이루어지며; 상기 손잡이는 손가락이 접하는 파지부의 상하측에 직교방향으로 지지편을 돌출 형성하고, 이 지지편의 선단에 내측으로 돌출되는 경사레일이 형성되어 이루어지고; 상기 손잡이가 직선 왕복운동할 때 경사레일에 접하는 걸림쇠의 지지축이 상하로 위치가 변화하면서 걸림쇠의 후크가 스트라이커의 걸림홈에 수용되거나 이격되어 잠금 상태를 유지 및 해지하도록 한 것을 것을 특징으로 한다.
