PUSHING STICK FOR APPLICATING ASPHALT WATERPROOF STUFF
The present invention relates to a pushing stick for asphalt waterproofing material application, including an application blade (10) having teeth at the tip for pushing and applying an asphalt waterproofing material to a target surface, an application blade holder (20) where the rear end portion of the application blade is supported at the tip with the teeth protruding forward and a handle connecting portion is provided on one side, and a handle (30) connected to the handle connecting portion. The application blade holder has a width corresponding to the width of the application blade, and thus application can be performed with the application blade unfolded straight without bending. Accordingly, waterproofing material application can be uniform and work efficiency can be improved. An application adjusting portion is provided in the rear end portion of the application blade holder so that the application thickness of the asphalt waterproofing material can be adjusted. Accordingly, the application thickness of the waterproofing material can be uniform and work can be quickly performed within a short time without re-application. A separation prevention member (50) is provided on one side of the application blade so that the application blade is prevented from spreading from the application blade holder, and thus swelling of the application blade can be prevented during application and work efficiency can be enhanced through uniform waterproofing material application.
본 발명은 아스팔트 방수재 도포용 밀대에 관한 것으로서, 대상 표면의 아스팔트 방수재를 밀어 도포하기 위해 선단부에 톱니부를 갖는 도포날(10)과, 상기 톱니부가 전방으로 돌출되도록 하여 선단부에 상기 도포날의 후단부가 지지되고 일측에 손잡이연결부가 마련된 도포날홀더(20) 및 상기 손잡이연결부에 연결되는 손잡이(30)를 포함하고 상기 도포날홀더는 상기 도포날의 폭넓이와 대응되는 폭넓이를 갖도록 하여 도포 작업 중 도포날이 휘어지지 않고 반듯이 펴진 상태로 작업이 수행될 수 있도록 함으로써, 방수재의 도포가 균일하게 되면서 작업능률 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻고, 또한, 상기 도포날홀더의 후단부에 상기 아스팔트 방수재의 도포 두께를 조절하기 위한 도포조절부를 마련하여 방수재의 도포 두께가 균일하게 되도록 함으로써, 도포의 재작업없이 신속한 작업수행에 따른 작업시간 단축 등을 꾀할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻으며, 또한, 상기 도포날은 일측에 상기 도포날이 상기 도포날홀더에서 벌어지는 것을 방지하기 위한 이격방지부재(50)를 마련하여 도포 중 도포날이 들뜨는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 이 역시 방수재의 균일한 도포에 의해 결과적으로 작업능률 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.

The present invention relates to a pushing stick for asphalt waterproofing material application, including an application blade (10) having teeth at the tip for pushing and applying an asphalt waterproofing material to a target surface, an application blade holder (20) where the rear end portion of the application blade is supported at the tip with the teeth protruding forward and a handle connecting portion is provided on one side, and a handle (30) connected to the handle connecting portion. Accordingly, waterproofing material application can be uniform and work efficiency can be improved. An application adjusting portion is provided in the rear end portion of the application blade holder so that the application thickness of the asphalt waterproofing material can be adjusted. Accordingly, the application thickness of the waterproofing material can be uniform and work can be quickly performed within a short time without re-application. A separation prevention member (50) is provided on one side of the application blade so that the application blade is prevented from spreading from the application blade holder, and thus swelling of the application blade can be prevented during application and work efficiency can be enhanced through uniform waterproofing material application.
본 발명은 아스팔트 방수재 도포용 밀대에 관한 것으로서, 대상 표면의 아스팔트 방수재를 밀어 도포하기 위해 선단부에 톱니부를 갖는 도포날(10)과, 상기 톱니부가 전방으로 돌출되도록 하여 선단부에 상기 도포날의 후단부가 지지되고 일측에 손잡이연결부가 마련된 도포날홀더(20) 및 상기 손잡이연결부에 연결되는 손잡이(30)를 포함하고 상기 도포날홀더는 상기 도포날의 폭넓이와 대응되는 폭넓이를 갖도록 하여 도포 작업 중 도포날이 휘어지지 않고 반듯이 펴진 상태로 작업이 수행될 수 있도록 함으로써, 방수재의 도포가 균일하게 되면서 작업능률 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻고, 또한, 상기 도포날홀더의 후단부에 상기 아스팔트 방수재의 도포 두께를 조절하기 위한 도포조절부를 마련하여 방수재의 도포 두께가 균일하게 되도록 함으로써, 도포의 재작업없이 신속한 작업수행에 따른 작업시간 단축 등을 꾀할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻으며, 또한, 상기 도포날은 일측에 상기 도포날이 상기 도포날홀더에서 벌어지는 것을 방지하기 위한 이격방지부재(50)를 마련하여 도포 중 도포날이 들뜨는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 이 역시 방수재의 균일한 도포에 의해 결과적으로 작업능률 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
