Provided is a modified concrete composition which is prepared by putting 10 to 20 parts by weight of a seed latex, 30 to 40 parts by weight of a polybutadiene latex, 20 to 50 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile monomer, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a styrene monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of an acrylate monomer, 3 to 8 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 2 to 5 parts by weight of a reaction initiator, and 1 to 15 parts by weight of an additive into a reactor and then carrying out an emulsion polymerization and a grafting reaction for synthesis at 0.2 to 0.5 atm and 35 to 55 ° C for 4 to 8 hours.
본 발명은 시드(seed) 라텍스 10~20 중량부, 폴리부타디엔 라텍스 30~40 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 모노머 20~50 중량부, 스티렌 모노머 10~30 중량부, 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 2~8 중량부, 아크릴레이트 단량체 2~8 중량부, 유화제 3~8 중량부, 반응개시제 2~5 중량부, 및 첨가제 1~15 중량부를 반응기에 일괄 투입하여, 0.2~0.5 기압, 35~55℃의 조건에서 4~8 시간 동안 유화중합 및 그라프트 반응시켜 합성시켜서 제조된 개질 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
