Joist Clip For Ceiling Frame And Light Weight Steel Type Ceiling Frame Having The Same
Disclosed are a joist clip for a ceiling frame, which includes an integrated clip body capable of being installed in a joist receiver to couple a joint to the joist receiver, and a lightweight steel type ceiling frame having the same. According to the present invention, the clip body comprises: an upper frame supported by the joist receiver; a side frame forming both side walls of an assembly groove for inserting the joist receiver thereinto, and disposed on the left and right sides of the upper frame to support the joist; and a joist holder installed in the side frame to locally support and restrict the joist. Accordingly, the joist is strongly coupled to the joist receiver, coupling operation of the joist is quickly and easily performed, and thus a time required for installing a ceiling frame is able to be reduced, and movement and fall/collapse of a ceiling structure is able to be prevented.
본 발명은, 반자대를 받자대 받이에 결합시키기 위해 상기 반자대 받이에 장착 가능한 일체형의 클립 몸체를 포함하는 천장틀용 반자대 클립 및 이를 갖는 천장틀을 개시한다. 상기 클립 몸체는; 상기 반자대 받이에 의해 지지되는 상부 프레임; 상기 반자대 받이가 끼워지는 조립홈의 양측벽을 형성하며 상기 반자대를 지지하도록, 상기 상부 프레임의 좌측과 우측에 구비되는 사이드 프레임; 그리고 상기 반자대를 국부적으로 받쳐서 상기 반자대를 구속하도록, 상기 사이드 프레임에 구비되는 반자대 홀더를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 반자대가 반자대 받이에 견고하게 결속될 수 있으며, 반자대의 결속 작업이 빠르고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있으므로, 천장틀 시공에 소요되는 시간이 단축될 수 있고 천장 구조물의 유동과 낙하/붕괴 등이 방지될 수 있다.
