Device for reinforcing hinge of fire proof door
The present invention discloses a new hinge reinforcement device for a fire door which is fastened to a hinge piece in a state where the hinge piece is mounted at a hinge piece mounting potion on upper and lower frames of the fire door to prevent the hinge piece from being twisted by the own weight of the fire door. Even if the strength is weakened due to hot heat in the event of fire, the hinge piece is not twisted or deformed, so that the opening and closing operations of the fire door can be stably performed, thereby greatly improving the stability in use. According to the present invention, the hinge piece installed on the upper and lower frames constituting the fire door is fastened by a separate reinforcement member, wherein the reinforcement member includes: a main body mounted to the upper and lower frames in a state where a plurality of fastening holes corresponding to the fastening holes formed on the hinge piece on the surface are formed; a first rivet fastening part bent upwardly from an end of the main body part, horizontally extended and having a long hole in the width direction of the surface; and a second rivet fastening part formed to extend vertically downward from a rear end of the main body part, tightly coupled to a vertical frame of the fire door and having a long hole in the longitudinal direction on the surface.
본 발명에서는 방화문의 상부프레임과 하부프레임상의 힌지편 설치위치에 장착된 상태에서 힌지편과 체결되도록 함으로써 방화문의 자체 중량에 의하여 힌지편이 뒤틀리지 않도록 하고, 화재발생시 뜨거운 열기에 의하여 강도(强度)가 약화되더라도 힌지편이 뒤틀리거나 변형되지 않도록 하여 방화문의 개폐동작이 안정적으로 이루어질 수 잇도록 함으로써 사용상의 안정성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 새로운 방화문의 힌지편 보강장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 방화문을 구성하는 상부프레임과 하부프레임상에 설치되는 힌지편이 별도의 보강부재에 의하여 체결되도록 구성하되; 상기 보강부재는 면상에 힌지편에 형성되는 체결공과 대응되는 다수개의 체결공이 형성된 상태에서 상하부 프레임에 장착되는 본체부와; 상기 본체부의 선단으로부터 상향 경사지게 절곡된 후 수평으로 연장되며, 면상의 폭방향으로 장공이 형성된 제1리벳체결부와; 상기 본체부의 후단으로부터 수직하방으로 연장되게 형성되어 방화문의 수직프레임에 밀착되게 결합되며, 면상에는 종방향으로 장공이 형성된 제2리벳체결부를 포함하여 구성된다.
