Dual pressing device for manufacturing double-layered glass
Disclosed is a dual multi-player glass manufacturing apparatus comprising: a loading unit having a first transport unit having a plurality of rollers on a lower portion thereof to move a glass plate by placing the glass plate thereon, and a plurality of rollers formed on a first support plate to support a glass plate; a washing unit including a brush member to wash a glass plate transported from the loading unit, a washing water supply unit to spray washing water, and a drying unit to spray dry air to dry a glass plate; an inspection unit having a second transport unit having a plurality of rollers on a lower portion thereof to move a glass plate by placing the glass plate thereon, and a plurality of rollers formed on a second support plate to support a glass plate to inspect damage to a glass plate with naked eyes; a supply unit having a front and a rear glass support unit to simultaneously transport a first and a second glass plate which have undergone inspection on a front side and a rear side; a dual pressing unit including a fixing plate wherein the first and the second glass plate are separated and sucked onto a front and a rear surface thereof, and a front and a rear operating plate separated and formed on the front and the rear surface of the fixing plate to press by being moved forwards and backwards, and having a first and a second slot on which the first and the second glass plate are pressed and formed after multi-layer glass with a rod attached thereto is arranged on both sides of the fixing plate; and a withdrawal unit formed on the front and the rear glass support unit to simultaneously transport a first and a second multi-layer glass assembly finished on the first and the second slot on the front and the rear side.
듀얼 복층 유리 제조장치가 개시된다. 유리판을 안착시켜 이동하도록 하부에 다수의 롤러로 이루어진 제1이송유닛이 형성되고, 유리판을 지지하는 제1지지판에 다수의 롤러가 형성된 적재부; 적재부에서 이송된 유리판을 세척하는 브러시부재와, 세척수를 분사하는 세척수 공급부와, 건조 공기를 분사하여 건조시키는 건조부로 구성되는 세척부; 유리판을 안착시켜 이동하도록 하부에 다수의 롤러로 이루어진 제2이송유닛이 형성되고, 유리판을 지지하는 제2지지판에 다수의 롤러가 형성되어 유리판의 파손을 육안 검사하도록 하는 검사부; 검사를 마친 제1,2유리판이 전측과 후측에서 각기 동시에 이송되도록 전측 유리지지부와 후측 유리지지부가 형성된 공급부; 상기 제1,2유리판이 전면 및 후면에 흡착 및 이격되는 고정판과, 상기 고정판의 전면 및 후면에 이격 형성되어 전후진 작동되어 가압하는 전면 작동판 및 후면 작동판으로 구성되어 고정판의 양측에 간봉이 부착된 복층유리가 각기 배치된 후 제1,2유리판이 각기 가압 형성되는 제1,2슬롯이 각기 형성된 듀얼 프레싱부; 상기 제1,2슬롯에서 완성된 제1,2복층유리 조립체가 전측과 후측에서 각기 동시에 이송되도록 전측 유리지지부와 후측 유리지지부가 형성된 인출부;를 포함하여 구성된다.
