Through-hole sleeve for wall retaining wall improved in installability
The present invention relates to a penetrated sleeve for a retaining wall improved installation property, which is fixed in a form before deposition of concrete to provide a hole in order to perforate a hole with a constant diameter on a wall for electric wiring, drainage, ventilation, and the like when a building is constructed. According to the present invention, provided is a penetrated sleeve for a retaining wall improved installation property removes a problem that mortar flows in the penetrated sleeve while being quickly and variously adjusting first and second sleeves coupled to first and second support plates fixed to a form. In other words, the penetrated sleeve for a retaining wall comprises: a first sleeve having a male screw formed therein; a second sleeve having a female screw formed therein; and the first and second support plates outwardly inserted into the first and second sleeves, and fixed to the form in a faced state. The male screw of the first sleeve has a protrusion part formed in an axial direction, the female screw of the second sleeve has a guide groove inserting the protrusion thereinto axially formed therein, and thus the protrusion part formed in the first sleeve is able to be axially slid in the guide groove.
본 발명은 건축물의 시공시 전기배선, 배수, 통기(通氣) 등을 위해 벽체에 일정한 직경을 갖는 구멍을 천공하기 위해 콘크리트 타설 전에 거푸집 내에 고정하여 구멍을 제공할 수 있도록 한 설치성이 개선된 벽체옹벽용 관통슬리브에 관한 것으로, 거푸집 폼에 고정되는 제1,2지지판에 결합되는 제1,2슬리브의 가변조절이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있으면서 관통슬리브 내측으로 몰탈이 유입되는 문제점을 일소할 수 있는 설치성이 개선된 벽체옹벽용 관통슬리브를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 수나사가 형성된 제1슬리브와, 암나사가 형성된 제2슬리브와, 제1,2슬리브의 바깥쪽으로 끼움되며, 거푸집 폼과 면접상태로 고정되는 제1지지판 및 제2지지판을 포함하는 벽체옹벽용 관통슬리브를 구성함에 있어서; 상기 제1슬리브에 수나사는 형성된 돌기부를 축방향으로 형성하고; 상기 제2슬리브에 형성된 암나사에는 돌기부가 내입되는 가이드홈을 축방향으로 형성하여 제1슬리브에 형성된 돌기부가 가이드홈에서 축방향으로 슬라이드 이동될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
