Microwave Sintering Apparatus
The present invention relates to a microwave sintering apparatus in which post-processing can be done easily. The microwave sintering apparatus comprises: an upper case and a lower case which are mutually coupled; an insulation container provided inside the upper case; a susceptor placed in the insulation container and containing a sintered material; a magnetron disposed on an upper portion of the upper case and oscillating microwaves; an electronic control device installed in the lower case and controlling the magnetron; and an exhaust pipe extending from the inside of the insulation container to the outside so as to discharge gases generated during heating of the sintered material.
본 발명에 따르면, 상호 결합된 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스; 상기 상부 케이스의 내부에 구비된 단열 용기; 상기 단열 용기 내부에 안치되고 소결 소재를 수용하는 서셉터(susceptor); 상기 상부 케이스의 상부에 배치되어 마이로파를 발진하는 마그네트론; 상기 하부 케이스에 설치되어 상기 마그네트론을 제어하는 전자 제어 장치; 및, 소결 소재의 가열시에 발생되는 기체를 배출시키도록 상기 단열 용기의 내부로부터 외부로 연장된 배기 파이프;를 구비하는, 마이크로웨이브 소결 장치가 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a microwave sintering apparatus in which post-processing can be done easily. 본 발명에 따르면, 상호 결합된 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스; 상기 상부 케이스의 내부에 구비된 단열 용기; 상기 단열 용기 내부에 안치되고 소결 소재를 수용하는 서셉터(susceptor); 상기 상부 케이스의 상부에 배치되어 마이로파를 발진하는 마그네트론; 상기 하부 케이스에 설치되어 상기 마그네트론을 제어하는 전자 제어 장치; 및, 소결 소재의 가열시에 발생되는 기체를 배출시키도록 상기 단열 용기의 내부로부터 외부로 연장된 배기 파이프;를 구비하는, 마이크로웨이브 소결 장치가 제공된다.
