Disclosed is an insulating material provided with a finishing core, including an insulating material main body installed on a wall surface, a floor surface, or a ceiling of a building, having a predetermined size, and blocking heat conduction between the inside and the outside of the building; and a core maintaining the strength of the insulating material main body while maintaining a predetermined gap and fixed to one surface of the insulating material main body to facilitate subsequent finishing material installation. With the present invention, heat insulating effects can be enhanced even with a small thickness. Condensed water can be naturally flowed and discharged along a drain groove in the insulating material main body. The insulating material main body is provided with the core, and thus a nail or the like required by the core can be freely fixed to the structure of the insulating material main body. In addition, the final finishing material can be firmly fixed to the floor surface, the wall surface, the ceiling, and the like of the lowermost layer of the building.
마감용 심재가 구비된 단열재가 개시된다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, 일정 크기로 이루어지고, 건축물의 내부와 외부 사이에 전달되는 열전도를 차단시키도록 건축물의 벽면, 바닥면 또는 천장에 설치되는 단열재 본체; 소정의 간격을 유지하면서 상기 단열재 본체의 강성을 유지하고 후속 마감재설치가 용이하도록 상기 단열재 본체의 일면에 고정되는 심재; 를 마련하여 얇은 두께로도 단열효과를 높일 수 있고, 단열재 본체에 배수용 홈부를 따라 결로수가 자연스럽게 흘러내려 배출시킬 수 있으며, 단열재 본체에 심재가 설치되어 심재에 필요로 하는 못 등을 자유로이 단열재 본체를 구조체에 고정시킬 수 있고, 최종 마감재를 건축물의 최하층 바닥면, 벽체, 천장 등에 견고하게 고정하는 등 다양한 효과를 구현할 수 있다.
