WATERPROOF AGENT AND COMPLEX WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention provides a membrane waterproof agent which is made by mixing 70-90 wt% of a main substance and 10-30 wt% of a hardening agent, wherein the main substance, based on weight, contains: 0.45-0.55 part by weight of petroleum based asphalt; 0.20-0.30 part by weight of emulsion; 0.15-0.30 part by weight of a polymer improver; 0.01-0.02 part by weight of an anti-freezing agent; 0.0005-0.001 part by weight of an antifoaming agent; and 0.0001-0.004 part by weight of a thickening agent. The petroleum-based asphalt is desired to have 60-100 of a penetration value and 40-60 deg. C of a softening temperature. The emulsion is desired to contain 0.9-0.95 part by weight of water and 0.05-0.1 part by weight of a surfactant based on the weight of emulsion. According to the present invention, the asphalt and the resin are mixed at room temperature, thereby providing excellent durability and adhesion performance. In addition, the membrane waterproof agent has excellent constructability since a heater is not necessary.
본 발명의 도막방수제는 주재 70~90 중량%; 경화제 10~30중량%;가 혼합되되, 주재의 중량을 기준으로, 주재는 석유계 아스팔트 0.45~0.55 중량부; 유화수 0.20~0.30 중량부; 고분자 개질재 0.15~0.30 중량부; 동결방지제 0.01~0.02 중량부; 소포제 0.0005~0.001 중량부; 증점제 0.0001~0.004 중량부;를 포함한다. 석유계 아스팔트는 침입도 60~100; 연화점이 40~60℃;인 것이 바람직하다. 유화수는 유화수의 중량을 기준으로, 물 0.9~0.95 중량부; 계면활성제 0.05~0.1 중량부;를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 경우, 본 발명의 도막방수제는 아스팔트와 수지가 상온에서 혼합되기 때문에 방수제의 내구성과 접착성능이 우수하고, 가열장치가 필요 없어 시공성이 우수하다.
