EPDM The process of manufacture and of the grass with a rubber mat epdm
The present invention relates to an EPDM rubber mat to which artificial turf is attached and a manufacturing method for the same. An EPDM composite is composed of 83-88 wt% of EPDM chips crushed; 10-16 wt% of an adhesive; and 1-2 wt% of natural perfume. The EPDM composite is formed at the upper temperature, and an EPDM rubber mat layer (10) is formed. The artificial turf (20) is integrally attached to one side of the EPDM rubber mat layer (10). According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for the same comprises: a first step of preparing a wooden pattern (100); a second step of preparing the EPDM composite; a third step of preparing multiple pieces of the soft plastic artificial turf (20) in the same size as that of a forming unit (102) or a slightly smaller size; a fourth step of forming the EPDM rubber mat layer (10) corresponding to the height of a wall (101); and a fifth step of removing the EPDM rubber mat layer (10) from the forming unit (102) of the wooden pattern (100). The EPDM rubber mat has excellent constructability and improved safety of usage by having smooth water drainage.
본 발명은 인조잔디가 부착된 EPDM 고무매트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 분쇄된 EPDM 칩 83~88중량%와 접착제 10~16중량% 및 천연향료 1~2중량%로 구성된 EPDM 조성물을 상온에서 성형하여 EPDM 고무매트층(10)을 만들 때 한쪽 면에 인조잔디(20)가 일체로 부착되는 EPDM 고무매트를 특징으로 한다. 이러한 EPDM 고무매트의 제조방법은 사방의 벽체(101)가 일정 높이로 구비되는 성형부(102)가 격자형으로 다수 구비되는 목형(100)을 준비하는 제1단계; 일정 크기로 절단된 EPDM 칩을 주성분으로 하며, 이 주성분에 접착제와 천연향료를 혼합하여 EPDM 조성물을 준비하는 제2단계; 베이스(21)에 심어진 연질 플라스틱 계열의 인조잔디(20)를 상기 목형(100)의 격자형을 이루는 성형부(102)와 동일 크기 또는 약간 작은 크기로 다수 준비하는 제3단계; 상기 목형(100)의 각 성형부(102) 내면에 이형제(110)를 바르고 상온에서 상기 EPDM 조성물을 성형부(102)에 각각 채워넣고 밀대(120)로 밀어서 벽체(101) 높이에 상응하는 EPDM 고무매트층(10)을 이루도록 하는 제4단계; 상기 목형(100)의 성형부(102)에 채워진 EPDM 고무매트층(10) 위로 베이스(21)가 접촉되도록 인조잔디(20)를 얹은 후 상온에서 누름대(130)로 눌러서 인조잔디(20)가 경화되는 EPDM 고무매트층(10)에 부착되게 하고, 완전 경화되면 목형(100)의 성형부(102)에서 탈형하는 제5단계;로 이루어져서 시공성이 좋고, 종래처럼 탄 냄새 발생 및 뒤틀림 현상이 없어 유지 보수비용이 저렴하며, 물 배수가 원활하여 사용상의 안전성을 높인 것이다.
