CONNECTING UNIT FOR CONCRETE PILE
The present invention relates to a coupling unit for concrete piles that can easily connect the concrete piles at foundation construction to easily carry out the work on site and improve productivity. The coupling unit includes a first coupler (1100) having a first annular-shaped steel wire fixing plate (1110), a coupling pipe (1120) welded to an outer peripheral surface of the first steel-wire fixing plate and provided with a through-hole (1121) at an outer peripheral surface, and a first pipe holding pipe (1130) for enclosing the concrete pile which comes into contact with a lower portion of the first steel wire fixing plate (1110); and an engaging screw member (1230) having a second steel wire fixing plate (1210) provided with a female threaded portion (1212), a second pile holding pipe (1220) welded to an upper portion of the second steel wire fixing plate, and provided with a plurality of grooves (1221), and a fastening member (1300) fixed between steel wires (1004) and inserted into the through-hole (1121).
본 발명은 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트에 관한 것으로, 특히 기초공사시 콘크리트파일과 콘크리트파일을 간단하게 연결할 수 있어 현장에서 작업이 용이하여 생산성이 우수하도록 된 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트는, 강선(1002)에 의해 콘크리트파일(1001)이 하부에 밀착되어 설치됨과 더불어 각각의 강선이 고정되는 강선고정부(1111)의 연통되는 위치에 암나사(1112)가 형성되는 환형고리 형상의 제1강선고정판(1110)과, 제1강선고정판의 외주면에 용접됨과 더불어 외주면에는 등각도에 체결부재가 끼워지는 관통구멍(1121)이 형성된 연결관부(1120)와, 제1강선고정판(1110)의 하부에 밀착되어 설치되는 콘크리트파일을 감싸는 제1파일파지관부(1130)로 이루어진 제1연결구(1100)와, 강선(1004)에 의해 콘크리트파일(1003)이 상부에 밀착되어 설치됨과 더불어 강선이 고정되는 강선고정부(1211)의 연통되는 위치에 암나사(1212)가 형성되는 제2강선고정판(1210)과, 제2강선고정판의 상부에 축방향으로 연결되도록 용접되어 콘크리트파일(1003)을 감싸는 한편, 외주면에는 요철 홈(1221)이 복수개 형성된 제2파일파지관부(1220)와, 2강선고정판의 하부면이면서 강선(1004)이 고정된 사이에 위치하도록 고정되어 관통구멍(1121)으로 끼워지는 체결부재(1300)가 체결되는 연결나사부재(1230)를 갖춘 구조로 되어 있다.

본 발명은 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트에 관한 것으로, 특히 기초공사시 콘크리트파일과 콘크리트파일을 간단하게 연결할 수 있어 현장에서 작업이 용이하여 생산성이 우수하도록 된 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콘크리트파일용 연결유니트는, 강선(1002)에 의해 콘크리트파일(1001)이 하부에 밀착되어 설치됨과 더불어 각각의 강선이 고정되는 강선고정부(1111)의 연통되는 위치에 암나사(1112)가 형성되는 환형고리 형상의 제1강선고정판(1110)과, 제1강선고정판의 외주면에 용접됨과 더불어 외주면에는 등각도에 체결부재가 끼워지는 관통구멍(1121)이 형성된 연결관부(1120)와, 제1강선고정판(1110)의 하부에 밀착되어 설치되는 콘크리트파일을 감싸는 제1파일파지관부(1130)로 이루어진 제1연결구(1100)와, 강선(1004)에 의해 콘크리트파일(1003)이 상부에 밀착되어 설치됨과 더불어 강선이 고정되는 강선고정부(1211)의 연통되는 위치에 암나사(1212)가 형성되는 제2강선고정판(1210)과, 제2강선고정판의 상부에 축방향으로 연결되도록 용접되어 콘크리트파일(1003)을 감싸는 한편, 외주면에는 요철 홈(1221)이 복수개 형성된 제2파일파지관부(1220)와, 2강선고정판의 하부면이면서 강선(1004)이 고정된 사이에 위치하도록 고정되어 관통구멍(1121)으로 끼워지는 체결부재(1300)가 체결되는 연결나사부재(1230)를 갖춘 구조로 되어 있다.
