The present invention relates to a roll type screen with an exchangeable net, which can be easily exchanged in a state in which the roll type screen is constructed when the net of the roll type screen is contaminated or damaged. The roll type screen with an exchangeable net according to the present invention has a basic structure of a body which is engaged with the screen, a frame which includes an accommodation recess for natural opening and closing of the net and a locking device. The roll type screen comprises a rotary shaft (9) engaged with the net, a support net (1) connected to the rotary shaft, an exchange shaft (7) connected to one side of the support net (10), an exchangeable net (11) connected to one side of the exchangeable shaft (7), and a lead frame connected to an end of the exchangeable net (11). After the tension of a rotation adjusting screw (8) is released, the lead frame (4), the exchangeable net (11), and the exchangeable shaft (7) are sequentially withdrawn through a separation recess (6) formed on one side of the rail frame (2), and the net can be exchanged by detaching the exchangeable net (11) from the exchangeable shaft (7) exposed to the outside and attaching a new net again. Since a convexo-concave part of a coupling recess (15) is formed on a side surface of the rotary shaft (9), the exchangeable shaft (7) coupled to an end of the support net (10) during engagement is inserted into the convexo-concave part of the coupling recess (15) and forms a circular shape for easy engagement. In the state in which the roll type screen is contaminated or the damaged net is attached to the screen, the roll type screen can be exchanged easily, and thus economic loss and resource loss can be reduced and a comfortable residence environment can be created.
본 발명은 롤방충망의 망사가 오염되거나 손상되었을때, 롤방충망이 시공되어 있는 상태에서 손쉽게 교체할 수 있도록 구성한 망사교체형 롤방충망에 관한것으로, 본 발명에 따른 망사교체형 롤방충망은, 방충망사를 감취하는 본체, 망사의 자연스런 개폐를 위한 수용홈을 포함한 프레임과 잠금장치 의 기본구조와; 망사가 감취되는 회전축(9)과 회전축에 연결된 지지망사(10)와 지지망사(10)의 일측에 연결된 교환축(7)과, 교환축(7)의 일측에 연결된 교체망사(11)와, 교체망사(11)의 끝단에 리드프레임(4)이 연결되어 있으며, 회전조절나사(8)의 장력을 완화시킨후, 레일프레임(2)의 일측에 형성된 이탈홈(6)을 통해 리드프레임(4), 교체망사(11),교환축(7)을 순차적으로 꺼내고, 외부로 노출된 교환축(7)에서 교체망사(11)를 탁착시킨후 새로운 망사로 재부착시킴으로써 망사교체가 가능하도록 구성하였으며, 회전축(9)의 측면으로는 체결홈(15) 요철을 형성하고 있어, 감취시 지지망사(10) 끝단에 결합되어 있는 교환축(7)이 체결홈(15) 요철에 삽입되어 원형을 이루도록 함으로 감취가 용이하도록 함을 특징으로 하고 있으며, 롤방충망이 오염되거나 손상된 망사를 방충망이 부착된 상태에서 손쉽고 자유롭게 교체함으로써, 경제적, 자원적 손실도 줄이고, 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성할 수 있다.
