Preparation Method For Complex-Shaped Sintered Ceramics Parts

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sintered ceramics. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sintered ceramics which is capable of forming a dense structure through a sintering process to help the densification of a complicated ceramics, and to manufacture a complicated shape using a deteriorated shape-protecting ceramics which can be removed. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a molded body of ceramic powder to obtain a sintered body having a complicated shape; forming a complicated sintered body and a shape-protecting sintered ceramics by sintering the molded body and the shape-protecting ceramic powder in a mold at high temperature and high pressure; and removing the shape-protecting sintered ceramics by deteriorating the ceramics in the air.

본 발명은 세라믹스 소결체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 소결 공정을 통해 치밀한 구조를 이루어 복잡한 형상의 세라믹의 치밀화를 돕고 이후 열화되어 제거 가능한 형상 보호용 세라믹을 사용하는 복잡한 형상 제조가 가능한 세라믹스 소결체의 제조방법 제공한다. 상기 제조방법은 복잡한 형상의 소결체를 얻고자 하는 세라믹 분말의 성형체를 형성하는 단계; 몰드 내에 상기 성형체와 형상 보호용 세라믹 분말을 넣고 고온, 고압에서 소결하여 복잡한 형상의 소결체와 형상 보호용 세라믹 소결체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 형상 보호용 세라믹 소결체를 공기 중에서 열화시켜 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
