STEEL PIPE GIRDER WITH SHEARING CONNECTOR
Disclosed is a steel pipe girder provided with a shear connection member capable of withstanding a high load while reducing a load applied to a pier and reducing work time by shortening a work process. The steel pipe girder having the shear connection member is provided with a steel pipe having a through hole formed on the outer surface thereof, a mold coupled to the steel pipe, filled with concrete provided from the outside, and communicating with the through hole for inflow into the through hole, a shear connection member including an outer body coupled to the steel pipe to accommodate the mold, and an expansion support coupled to the through hole to come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe by being expanding by the load of the concrete flowing into the through hole through the mold. The outer body includes a side surrounding the mold at a predetermined distance from the mold and a top coupled to the top of the mold and the side and having an injection port such that the mold is supplied with the concrete provided from the outside. The expansion support includes a step coupled to the through hole, a middle stretch coupled to the step and expanded while being unfolded to the lower end when the concrete flows in the folded state, and a side stretch unfolded and expanded to the side to communicate with the middle stretch.
교각에 가해지는 하중을 줄이면서 높은 하중을 견딜 수 있으며 작업공정을 단축함으로써 작업시간을 줄일 수 있는 전단연결재가 구비된 강관거더가 개시된다. 이와 같은 전단연결재가 구비된 강관거더는 외면에 관통홀이 형성되는 강관과, 상기 강관에 결합되고, 외부에서 제공되는 콘크리트가 내부에 채워짐과 동시에 상기 관통홀로 유입되도록 상기 관통홀과 연통되는 형틀부와, 상기 형틀부를 내부에 수용하도록 상기 강관에 결합되는 외부바디를 포함하는 전단연결재, 상기 형틀부를 거쳐 상기 관통홀에 유입되는 콘크리트의 하중에 의해 확장되어 상기 강관의 내주면에 접하도록 상기 관통홀에 결합되는 확장 지지부를 포함하며, 상기 외부 바디는, 상기 형틀부와 소정간격 이격되어 형틀부를 둘러싸도록 배치되는 측면부, 및 상기 형틀부 및 측면부의 상부에 결합되며 외부에서 제공되는 콘크리트가 상기 형틀부에 공급되도록 주입구가 형성되는 상면부를 포함하며, 상기 확장 지지부는, 상기 관통홀에 결합되는 걸림부, 및 상기 걸림부에 결합되며 접혀진 상태에서 콘크리트가 유입되면 하단측으로 펼쳐지며 확장되는 중앙신축부 및 상기 중앙신축부와 연통되도록 측면측으로 펼쳐지며 확장되는 측면신축부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
