Door Handle Assemblage for Power Distributing Board Box
The present invention provides a door handle assembly for a power distribution panel which includes a lock locking means to allow a handle to be locked in a handle body through a lock and permit selective use of the lock locking means, and is fixed to a door panel through a fixing clip installed on the handle body with a new structure by a one-touch type to provide work convenience, and facilitates work for fixing and releasing the fixing clip to and from an assembly hole of the door panel. According to the present invention, the door handle assembly for a power distribution panel comprises: the handle body; the handle installed in the handle body to perform opening/closing operation of the door panel; a key assembly disposed on one inner part of the handle to be locked and unlocked; and a shaft assembly coupled to one side end part of the handle and rotated in one side of the handle body. The handle body includes a reception groove capable of receiving the handle, and the handle body and the handle include the lock locking means to be locked to each other. The lock locking means comprises a lock ring part rotatably connected to the inner surface of the reception groove in a shape of being arranged in the reception groove and a through-hole formed in the handle to penetrate the handle when the lock ring part faces in the direction of the handle.
본 발명은 좌물쇠 잠금수단을 구비하여 핸들이 좌물쇠를 통해 핸들본체에 채워질 수 있도록 함과 더불어 좌물쇠 잠금수단에 대한 선택적인 사용이 가능하도록 하고, 나아가 핸들본체에 새로운 구조로 구비되는 고정클립을 통해 원터치 방식으로 도어패널에 고정되게 하여 작업의 편의성을 제공받도록 하며, 특히 도어패널의 조립공으로부터 고정클립의 고정 해제 작업이 보다 수월하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 핸들본체와, 상기 핸들본체에 구비되면서 도어패널의 개폐동작을 수행하는 핸들과, 상기 핸들의 한쪽 내부에 구비되면서 잠금 및 해제 가능하도록 하는 키 조립체와, 상기 핸들의 일측 단부와 결합 되며 핸들본체의 일측 내부에서 회전하는 샤프트 조립체를 포함하고 있는 배전반용 도어핸들조립체에 있어서, 상기 핸들본체에는 상기 핸들을 수납할 수 있는 수납홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 핸들본체와 핸들에는 서로 잠금이 이루어질 수 있도록 좌물쇠 잠금수단이 구비되며, 상기 좌물쇠 잠금수단은 상기 수납홈 내에 배치되는 형태로 수납홈의 내면과 회동 가능하게 연결되는 좌물쇠 고리부와; 상기 좌물쇠 고리부가 핸들의 방향을 향할 때 핸들을 관통할 수 있도록 핸들에 형성되는 관통공;을 포함하여 구성되는 배전반용 도어핸들조립체가 제공된다.

The present invention provides a door handle assembly for a power distribution panel which includes a lock locking means to allow a handle to be locked in a handle body through a lock and permit selective use of the lock locking means, and is fixed to a door panel through a fixing clip installed on the handle body with a new structure by a one-touch type to provide work convenience, and facilitates work for fixing and releasing the fixing clip to and from an assembly hole of the door panel. According to the present invention, the door handle assembly for a power distribution panel comprises: the handle body; the handle installed in the handle body to perform opening/closing operation of the door panel; a key assembly disposed on one inner part of the handle to be locked and unlocked; and a shaft assembly coupled to one side end part of the handle and rotated in one side of the handle body. The handle body includes a reception groove capable of receiving the handle, and the handle body and the handle include the lock locking means to be locked to each other. The lock locking means comprises a lock ring part rotatably connected to the inner surface of the reception groove in a shape of being arranged in the reception groove and a through-hole formed in the handle to penetrate the handle when the lock ring part faces in the direction of the handle.
본 발명은 좌물쇠 잠금수단을 구비하여 핸들이 좌물쇠를 통해 핸들본체에 채워질 수 있도록 함과 더불어 좌물쇠 잠금수단에 대한 선택적인 사용이 가능하도록 하고, 나아가 핸들본체에 새로운 구조로 구비되는 고정클립을 통해 원터치 방식으로 도어패널에 고정되게 하여 작업의 편의성을 제공받도록 하며, 특히 도어패널의 조립공으로부터 고정클립의 고정 해제 작업이 보다 수월하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 핸들본체와, 상기 핸들본체에 구비되면서 도어패널의 개폐동작을 수행하는 핸들과, 상기 핸들의 한쪽 내부에 구비되면서 잠금 및 해제 가능하도록 하는 키 조립체와, 상기 핸들의 일측 단부와 결합 되며 핸들본체의 일측 내부에서 회전하는 샤프트 조립체를 포함하고 있는 배전반용 도어핸들조립체에 있어서, 상기 핸들본체에는 상기 핸들을 수납할 수 있는 수납홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 핸들본체와 핸들에는 서로 잠금이 이루어질 수 있도록 좌물쇠 잠금수단이 구비되며, 상기 좌물쇠 잠금수단은 상기 수납홈 내에 배치되는 형태로 수납홈의 내면과 회동 가능하게 연결되는 좌물쇠 고리부와; 상기 좌물쇠 고리부가 핸들의 방향을 향할 때 핸들을 관통할 수 있도록 핸들에 형성되는 관통공;을 포함하여 구성되는 배전반용 도어핸들조립체가 제공된다.
