Removal Function Improving Snow Removal Vehicle
The present invention relates to a snow removal vehicle. When a vehicle main body moves forward, primarily snow removal is performed by a snow removal blade on the front of the vehicle main body. Then, a brush on the rear of the snow removal blade is rotated for secondary removal of the snow by sweeping of the snow remaining on the road. As a result, single traveling leads to primary and secondary snow removal. By the brush being capable of tilting and rotating upward and downward by a predetermined angle, the brush can completely remove the snow on a relatively high position such as a road median and a relatively low position such as a road edge. The brush can be folded and rotated by means of insertion into the snow removal blade or protrusion to the outside of the snow removal blade, and thus the brush can be folded inside and can be conveniently used as required by a user during toll gate passage or the like. The salt water injection nozzle allows remaining snow removal at the same time, and thus repeated snow removal vehicle traveling is unnecessary and single traveling can lead to complete snow removal. As a result, snow removal time and cost can be significantly reduced and snow removal efficiency can be enhanced.
본 발명은 제설 차량에 관한 것으로, 차량 본체가 전진 주행하게 되면, 차량 본체의 전방에 장착된 제설 블레이드에 의해 1차적으로 제설 기능이 수행되고, 이후, 제설 블레이드의 후방에 장착된 브러쉬가 회전함으로써, 도로 위에 남아있는 잔설을 쓸어내어 2차적인 제설 작업을 수행하며, 이를 통해 1회 주행 만으로 1차 및 2차 제설 작업을 모두 수행할 수 있고, 브러쉬를 일정 각도 상하 틸팅 회전시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 도로의 중앙분리대와 같이 상대적으로 높은 위치 또는 도로의 가장자리와 같이 상대적으로 낮은 위치에 쌓인 눈을 브러쉬를 통해 더욱 완벽하게 제설할 수 있고, 브러쉬를 제설 블레이드 내측 방향으로 인입시키거나 외측방향으로 돌출시키는 방식으로 폴딩 회전시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 톨게이트 등을 통과하는 등 사용자의 필요에 따라 브러쉬를 내측 방향으로 접철할 수 있어 더욱 편리하게 사용할 수 있으며, 염수 분사 노즐을 통해 마무리 잔설 제거 기능까지 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써, 다수회의 반복적인 제설 차량 주행이 불필요하고 1회의 주행만으로 제설 작업을 완벽하게 마무리할 수 있어 제설 시간 및 비용을 현저히 절감하여 제설 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 제설 차량을 제공한다.
