As final cover layer materials such as a gas exclusion layer, a block layer, a drain layer, a vegetation belt layer, and the like, which are installed in the upper part of waste, the present invention has characteristics: a thickness of 1-30 mm; a width of 1-10 m; a length of 1-100 mm; a weight of 500-10000 g/m^2; a tensile strength of 50-1000 N or 500-5000 N/cm^2; an elongation ratio of 1-100% or 100-800%; a fibrous layer separation strength of 50-500 N/m; a punching resistance of 50-1000 N; a tearing strength of 300-3000 N/cm; leak prevention at a hydrostatic pressure of 50-100 m; a permeability coefficient of 10^(-15~-6)cm/sec; and a permeability coefficient of 10^(-6~+6)cm/sec.
본 발명은 폐기물의 상부에 설치되는 가스배제층, 차단층, 배수층, 식생대층 등의 최종복토층 재료로 두께 1∼30mm, 폭 1∼10m, 길이 1∼100mm, 무게 500∼10000g/m^2, 인장강도 50∼1000N 또는 500∼5000N/cm^2, 신장율 1∼100% 또는 100∼800%, 섬유층 분리강도 50∼500N/m, 뚫림저항 50∼1000N, 인열강도 300∼3000N/cm, 50∼100m 정수압에서 누수 없음, 투수계수 10^(-15∼-6)cm/sec, 투수계수 10^(-6∼+6)cm/sec 등의 특성을 가지는 고분자합성 매트, 쉬트, 고분자합성 또는 이의 매트형 또는 쉬트형 가스배제층, 차단층, 배수층, 식생대층, 이의 하나인 GGL, GCL, GDL, GVL, 이중 하나 이상의 최종복토층, GFL 등에 관한 것이다.
