The present invention relates to a prefabricated movable split-level house comprising: a lower block body which includes a plurality of one-layered longitudinal bars installed to be separated from each other in parallel, and a one-layered horizontal bar for connecting the one-layered longitudinal bars; and an upper block body which includes a two-layered longitudinal bar coupled to the upper part of the one-layered longitudinal bars, and a two-layered horizontal bar for connecting the two-layered longitudinal bar. Each of the one-layered longitudinal bars is formed as a rectangular pipe having a coupling hole formed on one upper surface thereof. The two-layered longitudinal bar is formed as a rectangular pipe corresponding to the one-layered longitudinal bars. An insertion protrusion coupled to the upper part of the one-layered longitudinal bars is formed. The insertion protrusion has a fixing hole corresponding to the coupling hole. Therefore, the longitudinal and horizontal arrangement of the one-layered longitudinal bars of the lower block body is changed. By conveniently assembling the upper block body on the upper part of the lower block body, various sizes of split-level buildings can be conveniently installed according to an installation place and the flavor of a user. In addition, the present invention can reduce a time and costs required for transportation by separating the upper block body.
본 발명은 조립식 이동 복층주택에 관한 것으로 상호 나란하게 이격되어 설치되는 복수개의 1층종바와, 상기 1층종바를 연결하는 1층횡바를 포함하는 하부블럭체와; 상기 하부블럭체의 상부에 구비되며, 상기 1층종바의 상부에 결합되는 2층종바 및 2층종바를 연결하는 2층횡바를 포함하는 상부블럭체로 이루어진 조립식 이동 복층주택에 있어서, 상기 1층종바는 상측 일면에 결합공이 형성된 사각 파이프로 형성되고, 상기 2층종바는 상기 1층종바와 대응되는 사각 파이프로 형성되며 상기 1층종바의 상부에 결합되는 삽입돌출구가 형성되되 상기 삽입돌출구에는 상기 결합공과 대응되는 고정공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 하부블럭체의 1층종바의 종,횡 배열을 변경하고, 하부블럭체의 상부에 상부블럭체를 간편하게 조립하여 설치 장소 및 사용자의 취향에 따라 다양한 크기의 복층 건물을 간편하게 설치할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 상부블럭체를 분리하여 이송에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
