The present invention relates to a ceramic mold and a manufacturing method of ceramics using the same. The ceramic mold comprises: a frame providing a space for accommodating a plaster mold; a gas injecting port provided in one surface of the frame to receive gases injected therethrough; a gas supplying unit supplying compressed gases; a connector connecting the gas injecting port to the gas supplying unit for injecting gases supplied from the gas supplying unit to the gas injecting port; and a plaster mold accommodated in the frame and molding ceramic wares. In the ceramic mold, a fiber bundle providing a path, through which gases supplied from the gas supplying unit are passed, is distributed within the plaster mold to have a parallel structure. According to the present invention, the mold uses fiber bundles with a low price to inject gases into the plaster mold and thus, make a space between the plaster mold and a molded product, thereby facilitating detachment of a molded product. In addition, the mold uses fiber bundles with a low price such that used materials are inexpensive, and detachment effect of a molded product is excellent, and injection paths of gases are uniform, thereby inhibiting gases from being discharged in a biased way.
본 발명은, 석고몰드를 수용하는 공간을 제공하는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 일면에 구비되고 기체를 주입하기 위한 기체주입구와, 압축된 기체를 공급하기 위한 기체공급부와, 상기 기체공급부로부터 공급된 기체를 상기 기체주입구로 주입하기 위하여 상기 기체주입구와 상기 기체공급부를 연결하기 위한 연결커넥터와, 상기 프레임 내에 수용되고 도자기소지의 성형을 위한 석고몰드를 포함하며, 상기 기체공급부로부터 공급된 기체가 통과하는 경로를 제공하는 섬유다발이 상기 석고몰드의 내부에 병렬형 구조를 이루게 분포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 성형몰드 및 이를 이용한 도자기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 가격이 저렴한 섬유다발을 사용하여 석고몰드 내로 기체가 분사되게 하여 석고몰드와 성형물 사이에 이격 공간이 형성됨으로써 성형물의 탈형이 용이해질 수 있고, 가격이 저렴한 섬유다발을 사용함으로써 사용되는 소재가 저렴하며, 성형물의 탈형 효과가 우수하고, 기체의 분사 경로가 균등하여 편파적 기체 배출을 억제할 수 있다.
