Length variable type side euroform
The present invention relates to a length-variable side eurofoam for finishing a corner of a beam eurofoam, and more specifically, to a new technology for rapidly and conveniently finishing a corner finishing part formed between a pair of beams which meet orthogonally to a pole when a eurofoam for placing a beam. A conventional eurofoam for placing a beam cannot finish a gap between a side eurofoam and a pole and cannot finish a corner finishing part formed between a pair of beams which meet orthogonally to a pole on a plane. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention finishes a gap between a side eurofoam and a pole located at one side of a corner finishing part by varying length while horizontally moving a first movable steel frame, which is combined with one side of a first fixed steel frame. Moreover, the present invention finishes a gap between a side eurofoam and a pole located at the other side of the corner finishing part by varying length while horizontally moving a second movable steel frame, which is assembled perpendicularly with the first fixed steel frame.
본 발명은 보 유로폼 코너 마감용 길이가변형 측면 유로폼에 관한 것으로, 특히 보의 타설을 위한 유로폼을 시공할 때 기둥을 기준으로 직교상태로 만나는 한 쌍의 보 상호 간에 발생하는 코너 마감부를 신속하고 간편하게 마감 처리하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 보를 타설하기 위한 유로폼에 관한 기술은 보의 측면을 지지하는 측면 유로폼과 기둥과의 간극을 마감할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 특히 기둥을 기준으로 평면상 직각으로 만나는 한 쌍의 보 사이에 발생하는 코너 마감부를 마감하기 위한 기술은 전무한 실정이다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 제1 고정 강재틀의 일측에 결합되는 제1 이동 강재틀을 좌우로 이동하면서 길이를 가변하여 코너 마감부의 일측에 위치한 측면 유로폼과 기둥과의 간극을 마감하도록 하고, 상기 제1 이동 강재틀과 직각으로 조립된 제2 고정 강재틀의 일측에 결합되는 제2 이동 강재틀을 좌우로 이동하면서 길이를 가변하여 상기 코너 마감부의 타측에 위치한 측면 유로폼과 기둥과의 간극을 마감할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
