Easy-to-install cap for preventing inflow of different thing into pile
The present invention relates to an easy-to-install cap for preventing an inflow of a foreign substance into a pipe, more specifically, which is installed in an upper end of a pile inserted under the ground to prevent an inflow of a foreign substance into a pipe. The cap comprises: a cover provided at an upper end of the pile and having an air outlet hole formed at the center thereof; an opening and closing port for opening and closing the air outlet hole of the cover; and a fastening member which is coupled to a bottom surface of the cover and is inserted into a spiral hole formed at an upper end of the pile and then inserted between spirals formed on a peripheral wall surface of the spiral hole. Therefore, provided is an effect that the cover is not easily separated from the pile after the cover is easily installed in the pile.
본 발명은 설치가 용이한 파일 속 이물질 유입 방지캡에 관한 것으로서, 특히 지면 아래로 관입되는 파일의 상단에 설치되어, 이물질이 파일 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 것으로서; 상기 파일의 상단에 설치되고, 중앙에 에어유출홀이 형성된 덮개와; 상기 덮개의 에어유출홀을 개폐하는 개폐구와; 상기 덮개의 저면에 결합됨과 아울러 상기 파일 상단에 형성된 나선홀에 삽입된 후 상기 나선홀의 주변 벽면에 형성된 나선 사이에 끼움되는 체결부재;로 구성되어, 파일에 덮개를 용이하게 설치하면서 설치된 이후에는 파일에서 덮개가 쉽게 분리되지 않는 효과가 있다.
